KLT-IV v1.0 has been designed to offer a user-friendly graphical user interface for the determination of river flow velocity and river discharge using videos acquired using a variety of fixed and moving platforms. KLT-IV employs optical flow and computer vision techniques for the tracking of features present on the river surface with pixel displacements being converted to real-world velocities using an optimised camera model approach. Movement of the platform can be accounted for when ground control points and/or stable features are present, or where the platform is equipped with GPS and IMU sensors. This toolbox is a collection of MatLab functions for reading WinView/WinSpec files (.spe extension) directly to MatLab. It provides functions for reading full header from file into a structure, reading frames into matrices, and reading pixel values across all frames. You can use these functions to analyse and process experiment data stored in .spe files in MatLab, and to write functions to export .spe files to animated GIFs for use in presentations. Also includes simple MatLab application for converting files to GIF, AVI and .spe files, and provides functionality for quick addition of support for WinView-like formats by users, without the need to call developers.

MADR is a framework for analysis of series of images (2D data) where each pixel position have the same meaning in every image. Based on a statistical analysis, the images can then be visualised together with parameters from the analysis.
