ODTBX functions and utilities are combined in a flexible architecture that allows for modular development of navigation algorithms and simulations. The core ODTBX functionality is realized through a set of estimation commands that incorporate Monte Carlo data simulation, linear covariance analysis, and measurement processing at a generic level. -

The tortuosity factor quantifies the apparent decrease in diffusive transport resulting from convolutions of the flow paths through porous media. TauFactor calculates this value using an over relaxed finite-different approach. This tool provides a fast computational platform applicable to the big datasets (>10^8 voxels) typical of modern tomography, without requiring high computational power. -

This package includes a collection of MATLAB files which are designed to: 1. Given a calibration scan of the image of a point emitter with an engineered point spread function (PSF), 2. Perform a phase retrieval algorithm based on maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) of a phase aberration term which is added to the theoretical pupil function of the imaging system. 3.
