Analysis Nuclei DAB (AND) Tool is a Graphical User Interface (GUI) to analyse microscopy images representing cells with nuclei stained using DAB dyes. MAT-MECAS is used for calculation of impedance parameters of a cell from recorded current responses elicited by bipolar voltage stimuli in a whole-cell patch-clamp experiment. The calculations are based on a FFT deconvolution procedure and on approximation of the reconstructed currents with a theoretical function. The impulse response of the signal path is necessary for the calculations. Read manual first! For testing MAT-MECAS we provide a sample data along with sample stimulation protocols.

This package includes a collection of MATLAB files which are designed to: 1. Given a calibration scan of the image of a point emitter with an engineered point spread function (PSF), 2. Perform a phase retrieval algorithm based on maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) of a phase aberration term which is added to the theoretical pupil function of the imaging system. 3. A MatLab toolbox with many simple and useful functions for analyzing data from Cluster, Champ and the Swarm missions. Tycho is a MATLAB package for mission analysis and ADCS applications. It is composed of four sub-packages: a) an orbits toolbox which implements basic Keplerian and generalized orbit functions (physical state to Keplerian parameters and generalized parameters, time to true anomaly, etc.). It also implements tools to design impulsive maneuvers to change any of the five applicable Keplerian parameters.
