    Fatlab

    Fatlab

    Free open-source fatigue analysis software

Fatlab is a fatigue post processor which takes results from FE analyses and combine those with load-time series in order to perform a detailed fatigue assessment of a component. It handles both multiaxiality through the critical plane method and non-linear FE models.

A Matlab software routine to perform Principal Component Analysis using Covariance, Correlation or Comedian as the criterion. Though, initially developed for experiments related to fretting wear but can be effectively used to interpret experimental data from any field. The attached files contain source code as well as a sample MATLAB (.mat) data file of 13 variables. It could be replaced to the data file of your choice.

    rebind

Lattice simulation of biochemical reactions and diffusion

This site hosts code investigating the role of spatial heterogeneity in biochemical signaling. Motivated by several biological examples, we study the behavior of covalent modification networks when the activating component is localized to a planar membrane in either a random or clustered configuration. Reactions and diffusion are implemented on a three-dimensional lattice.
