    Robotics Toolbox for MATLAB

    Robotics Toolbox for MATLAB

    Robotics Toolbox for MATLAB

...The toolbox also supports mobile robots with functions for robot motion models (unicycle, bicycle), path planning algorithms (bug, distance transform, D*, PRM), kinodynamic planning (lattice, RRT), localization (EKF, particle filter), map building (EKF) and simultaneous localization and mapping (EKF), and a Simulink model a of non-holonomic vehicle. The Toolbox also includes a detailed Simulink model for a quadrotor flying robot.

Isotope assisted discovery of metal chelating agents from LC-MS data

...To comment, send bug reports or suggestions for additional features to be implemented in future versions please send me a message. The current version ChelomEx 1.2 from 06 January 2016 includes the following changes to the original version (ChelomEx 1.0): - function to filter discovered isotope patterns after the first analysis step (isotope pattern search), accessible in the Isotope Pattern toolbar (v1.2) - updates for compatibility with MatLab versions after 2014b (v1.2) - siderophore database update (v1.1) - can now also analyze negative mode data (v1.1) - bug fixes (v1.1)

    Fingerprint Recognition System

Fingerprint Recognition System 5.3 - Matlab source code

The proposed filter-based algorithm uses a bank of Gabor filters to capture both local and global details in a fingerprint as a compact fixed length FingerCode. The fingerprint matching is based on the Euclidean distance between the two corresponding FingerCodes and hence is extremely fast. We are able to achieve a verification accuracy which is only marginally inferior to the best results of minutiae-based algorithms published in the open literature.

    HRVAS: HRV Analysis Software
...If you want to contribute or get the latest source go to: https://github.com/jramshur/HRVAS HRVAS is a heart rate variability (HRV) analysis tool developed using MATLAB. HRVAS can detrend and filter IBI and can perform time domain, frequency domain, time-frequency, Poincare', and nonlinear HRV analysis. If you use this application or modify this application for your research, please reference the thesis entitled "DESIGN, EVALUATION, AND APPLICAION OF HEART RATE VARIABILITY ANALYSIS SOFTWARE (HRVAS)". The thesis can be found here: http://iweb.dl.sourceforge.net/project/hrvas/Documents/ramshur_thesis.pdf

    Particular filter CUDA

Improvements of positioning algorithms using CUDA

Our project consist in porting positioning algorithms on a GPU. We will improve programs which are already working on CPU in order to make them compatible with the CUDA technology offered by Nvidia. The advantage of this technology is that it allows us to use massive multithreading and so make calculations go faster. Algorithms will be implemented in C++.
