SDC facilitates development of dist. systems of medical devices.
...It is based on the upcoming SDC standard, which is specified by the IEEE in IEEE Std 11073-20702-2016 (Point-of-care medical device communication Part 20702: Medical Devices Communication Profile for Web Services), IEEE Std 11073-10207-2017 (Point-of-care medical device communication Part 10207: Domain Information and Service Model for Service-Oriented Point-of-Care Medical Device Communication), and P11073-20701 (IEEE Draft Standard for Service-Oriented Medical Device Exchange Architecture & Protocol Binding).
The SDC standard has the goal to meet increasing demand for medical device interoperability in an Integrated Clinical Environment (ICE), see also ASTM F2761-1:2009.

A Stata plugin for connecting Stata with other software
...SWire is in essence a wrapper around the Stata-Java API and all the functions relating to this API can, therefore, be externally called by clients.
SWire can be interrogated on a local network and it accepts AJAX queries, thus enabling the development of web applications which provide the user with graphical user interfaces. For example, a web application running on a browser can interact with Stata on a local network; this application could be a data entry form or an automatic report.
By providing a communication protocol, SWire makes it possible to connect Stata with many other applications for data exchange and basic interaction, thereby extending the capabilities of Stata.

E.N.M.L. means Environmental Noise Model Language. The target of the project is the definition of a XML specification model mainly devoted to electronic acoustic data exchange. ENML aims to format ANY kind of noise measurement.
BioDare is Biological Data Repository focused on timeseries data
BioDare (Biological Data Repository) was developed under the multi-site ROBuST project (http://hallidaylab.bio.ed.ac.uk/ROBuST.html) to support data exchange inside the project.
It is a web application which allows data-sharing (including public dissemination), data-processing and analysis, with the main focus on time-series data produced in circadian experiments.
The main features of BioDare are:
- an online repository for experimental data accompanied by extensive metadata
- generation of secondary data (normalized, detrended, averaged …)
- graphical output of data, secondary data and rhythm analysis
- simple text-based search throughout metadata
- biology- and conditions-aware search for data
- data aggregation and export
- group-based privacy settings for collaborative research
A map-based discussion forum ("argumentation map")
ArgooMap is an online, map-based discussion forum, which allows participants to reference their contributions to geographic locations.
Different versions of ArguMap and ArgooMap/Argoomap were developed by students supervised by Dr. Claus Rinner at Ryerson University (Toronto, Canada) with partial funding from the GEOIDE Network of Centres of Excellence and DAAD, the German Academic Exchange Service.
Past and current developers at Ryerson and the University of Muenster include:

UFOmatics aims to provide a full information platform for standardizing/unifying exchange, processing and formats of ufological data, as well as the way to access them.
MOLGENIS can be used to generate databases for life science experiments (micrroarray, mass spectrometry, genomics) having a web user interface, csv exchange format, and programmatic interfaces (web services, rest, and r-project). See NatRevGen 8.
Mircrogrid market is a proof-of-concept implementation of a combinatorial heat and power double auction exchange.
With this platform energy consumers and producers can buy or sell heat and power resources on demand for certain times of the day.
