    TDSFT (Two-Dimensional Segmentation Fusion Tool)

...Numerous algorithms have been developed over time, but to date, there is no validated method for this procedure. Therefore, research is still active in this area. Two-Dimensional Segmentation Fusion Tool (TDSFT) is an open-source tool developed in MATLAB and distributed as a standalone application for MAC, Linux, and Windows, which offers a simple and extensible interface where numerous algorithms are proposed to "mediate" (e.g., process and fuse) multiple segmentations. TDSFT is a tool made with ease of use as a fixed point, to support and help medical specialists during their work. ...

    cocolib / light field suite

CUDA library for continuous optimization and light field analysis

Library for continuous convex optimization in image analysis, together with a command line tool and Matlab interface. Implements several recent algorithms for inverse problems and image segmentation with total variation regularizers and vectorial multilabel transition costs. Also included is a suite for variational light field analysis, which ties into the HCI light field benchmark set and givens reference implementations for a number of our recently published algorithms. *** NOTE: documentation on the SourceForge page is outdated and not updated anymore, please visit http://cocolib.net ***

    SURF-nanodots

    Very basic computer vision program

...See the wiki for known issues and more information. A computer vision program for analysis of magnetic data collected by a scanning probe microscope. Originated in summer 2007 as a collection of C compiled for Matlab (MEX) files and was eventually ported to a standalone C++ application with a GUI created in Qt. This program takes atomic and magnetic force microscope (AFM/MFM) image pairs as input and uses threshold segmentation to identify magnetic nanodots by intensity in the AFM image. These are then used to assess the magnetic states of those dots in the MFM image Attribution: "C++ GUI Programming with Qt 4" by Blanchette and Summerfield was helpful in getting me started on the GUI.
