    H9A

    H9A

H9A counts how many times a digit appears in any range, instantly.

H9A is an installable Python package that counts how many times a given digit appears in a range of numbers (by default: the digit 9 between 1 and 100). It provides both a h9a command-line tool and an importable library, and it prints each step of the calculation — the per-place counts and the combined total — as styled, colorized output. It is built with rich for console formatting, pyfiglet for an ASCII-art banner, and Pillow for optional terminal-style screenshots.

    iElectrodes

    iElectrodes

    intracranial electrodes localization toolbox

iElectrodes is a free and open-source Matlab® toolbox to obtain intracranial electrode coordinates from MRI and CT images. Precise and reliable localization can be achieved fast and in a semiautomatic way with minimal user intervention. The toolbox works with ECoG (subdural grids and strips) and SEEG (depth) electrodes. The new GridFit algorithm can precisely localize high-density electrodes (up to 3mm). Brain parcellations (atlas) and surfaces can be imported to aid 2D and 3D...

    MANTI

    MANTI

MANTI - Mastering Advanced N-Termini Interpretation

MANTI is a one-stop shop N-termini annotation & evaluation solution. MANTI was previously (un)known as muda.pl ahead of v3.7, the project was renamed to MANTI.pl with v3.7 on 2019-06-24. It congregates information from different MaxQuant or DiaNN/MSFragger output files into a master file suitable explicitly for protein neo-termini analyses. The central anchor for the data congregation is the modificationSpecificPeptides.txt or diann-output.pr_matrix.tsv file - additional data is inferred...

    BioRec:Bird Census field data annotation

Recognizing biological data from a notebook.

This project helps to digitize field data for a certain Bird Census method. Namely, bird census based on personal inspection or small (~10 km^2) regions with recording birds' position and behaviour on paper. This project makes it easy to annotate such field data and to make this data available for statistical analysis.

    PHN/LAB file format converter

Convert the format of speech label files

Research in speech processing requires labeling and segmentation of speech signals, i.e., label files. Two useful formats for label files are the CSLU format (.phn extension) and the HTK format (.lab extension). This program converts speech label files from any of these two formats to the other one. Do this: 1- Provide the source directory (directory where the original label files are). 2- Provide the destination directory (directory where the new label files will be placed). 3- Select the operation, either phn->lab or lab->phn. 4- Press the Process! ...
