The goal of the Perl OBD-II Logger project is to create a flexible and efficient application that can capture and log OBD-II Mode 0x01 PID data from an automotive scantool. OBD poller is essentially a bridge between OBD-II interface and HTTP. ELM327-based devices are supported. The main purpose of it is to be used as a helper to implement various Flash-based gauges, other uses are possible.
