MORPHEUS is a Fiji/ImageJ2 plugin for the automated evaluation of cell morphometry from cell cultures images acquired by fluorescence microscopy. Specifically, MORPHEUS works with sampling distributions to learn—in an unsupervised manner and by a non-parametric approach—how to recognize the cells suitable for subsequent analysis.
