Ganja.js is a Geometric Algebra code generator for javascript. It generates Clifford algebras and sub-algebras of any signature and implements operator overloading and algebraic constants. Mathematically, an algebra generated by ganja.js is a graded exterior (Grassmann) algebra (or one of its subalgebras) with a non-metric outer product, extended (Clifford) with geometric and contraction inner products, a Poincare duality operator and the main involutions and morphisms. Technically, ganja.js is a code generator producing classes that reificate algebraic literals and expressions by using reflection, a built-in tokenizer and a simple AST translator to rewrite functions containing algebraic constructs to their procedural counterparts. ganja.js now has a nodejs based templated source generator that allows the creation of arbitrary algebras for C++, C#, python and rust. The generated code provides in a flat multivector format and operator overloading.

Here we introduce a Genomic Epidemiology Ontology (GenEpiO) that covers vocabulary necessary to identify, document and research food-borne pathogens and associated outbreaks. We envision various subdomains including genomic laboratory testing, specimen and isolate metadata, and epidemiological case investigations. The project files are currently hosted at https://github.com/GenEpiO/genepio/ . Here we provide the genepio-consortium@lists.sourceforge.net listserve. Terms for these subdomains have partially been implemented in the main file, **genepio.owl**, which imports terms from over 25 OboFoundry.org ontologies. Also we have added a number of terms that so far haven't been covered via OboFoundry. Recognizing that GenEpiO encompasses many domains, we are advocating a consortium approach for enhancing its content via interested parties that need particular domain terminology.

GraphScript project is a network theory simulator based purely on Java and Java scripting engines. It is intended to allow fast development, testing and visualization of network theory (graph) algorithms.

Full documentation with tutorials is included in the download package. Graphical Grammar Studio is a tool for applying grammars which behave as words acceptors/consumers and annotators. GGS grammars can be used to find and annotate sequences of words which respect certain conditions, in a given input. Its purpose is for creating NLP tools like phrase chunkers, named entity finders, pronoun co-reference solvers etc. A grammar is represented by a state machine which can be visualized, edited and applied. A grammar is organized in graphs of nodes. Nodes are used for consuming words from the input, for executing jumps to other graphs in the grammar or for creating annotations etc. GGS has a unique feature: It allows the user to write JavaScript code to be executed for nodes of the grammar. This is useful for checking grammatical agreements but not only. The user can: declare variables (including complex js structures), check for boolean conditions, use variables in annotations etc.
