...A detailed description of the process is presented in the ObjectVolumeTutorial.doc document as well as program logic and results. A key component in the program is a subroutine that calculates the volume of a tetrahedron. Four sets of equations were tested and to my surprise all four produced similar results in accuracy and timing. -

CSV Comparator is a tool for comparing files which contain CSV-Data.
...It was created for performance engineers to be able to have a easy way to compare data from two testruns and be able to automate the comparing process of various files with scripts. There is a command line tool as well as a user interface. In case you need to compare .xml-Files you can convert them to .csv-Files with my other project CSV Transformer. The advantages by using CSV as input and output are the following: - Many applications allow an export of its data to CSV or Excel(were it could be saved to CSV) - It is possible to pre- and postprocess the data, e.g removing version numbers before comparing - It is easy to create CSV data from logfiles and other resources by using unix tools like sed or awk - CSV can be loaded into other applications, especially Excel, were it can be formatted by macros for analyzing. -

Autmated Peptide Screening
Screening peptides for MHC and/or MHC-T cell receptor affinity
Modified version of AutoGrow, autogrow.ucsd.edu/ , with a mutation script added in the class files, and a global change of the defined mutation point from Hydrogen atoms to Calphas, to allow placement of Amino Acids. Deposited are 3 versions, used for my PhD Thesis. These allow for mutation of short 2-15 amino acid peptides, and associated screening of these using AutoDock or AutoDock Vina, allowing for 8 CPU systems to screen 10K peptides a day or 1-2K with flexible residues added in. A detailed method for determining the peptide ligand for any sequenced and modeled T cell receptor will be published and link added at some point. ... -
