...The idea is about to use the DSO for get measure (without PC control) and then easily and fastly transfer data to PC (USB) for documentation of a project. You can show data and parameters about measures save them in CSV files or (in future) bitmap, pdf, ps. I don't wish to control the DSO but read, manipulate and save data. It is a java application but at this moment it work on linux only, but I think it should be easy get it working for M$W. It works but it is a beta version, your linux user has to be able to read and write on "/dev/usbtmc0" (see readme.txt" file).

It works on the super-secondary structure level and uses the atom coordinates from PDB files and the SSE assignments of the DSSP algorithm. VPLG is command line software. This is a java application interprets a monochrome bitmap file and outputs a FastHenry input model definition file. FastHenry is freely available from http://www.wrcad.com/freestuff.html For more details consult the packaged ReadMe file.

Reads Gerber-274X and Excellon plotter data for printed circuit boards and outputs the data to a bitmap or directly to a printer. The plotter data is displayed graphically and can be moved around.
