grafx - Extensible Java Graphics Package

grafx - Extensible Java Graphics Package

Extensible Line-drawing & Polygon-filling Rasterization Libs for Java

...Suitable for study in academic institutions, especially as related to line-drawing accuracy. Particular attention to detail concerning chopping of accumulation errors, using a cast from 64 bit to 32 bit strategy, in the interval [1.0,2.0). Individual pixel errors with overlapping polygons or line segments are about one in a billion, but I can't reproduce any errors at the moment by using random number generation with tens of millions of cases. Emphasis not only on correctness, but also on performance for real-world use or hardware implementation.

Gaol: NOT Just Another Interval Library Gaol is a C++ library for interval arithmetic. It is supposed to be a fast and easy to use/modify library for anyone interested in assessing interval arithmetic merits or using it on a regular basis. WARNING: starting October 2016, the new location for GAOL is http://frederic.goualard.net/#research-software. Sourceforge and the Sourceforge Subversion repository will no longer be used.

    ExactCalc

Software for exact computing based on interval arithmetic.

1/3 is not 0.33. Pi is not 3.14. Actually 1/3 is in interval [0.33, 0.34] and pi is in interval [3.14, 3.15]. During computation truncating error is accumulating. At end of computation it is needed to know real boundaries of result. The solution is given by interval arithmetic. Simply speaking, because 1/3 is in interval [0.33, 0.34] and 1/7 is in interval [0.14, 0.15], value 1/3 - 1/7 must be in [0.18, 0.2].

    DeDAY

    DeDAY

MLE survival analysis: Gompertz, Weibull, Logistic and mixed morality.

...Mixed models partition mortality into exogenous and endogenous components, so that the intrinsic survivorship can be estimated without the interference from extrinsic noise. DeDAY supports both interval-censored data and exact event-time data. Using MLE (Maximum Likelihood Estimate), DeDAY fits statistic model to the data. DeDAY also calculates the variances and the multi-dimensional confidence limits of model parameters. DeDAY is free for academic users.

    ECG2HRV

    ECG2HRV

import and store ECG, associate to clinical data, automatic HRV

...v=AOzpNMC-FXU This multi-platform application will enable the user to import digital CSV ECGs at any sampling rate and store them in an encrypted local DB along with relevant clinical data of the patient. It also performs automatic QRS complex detection and RR interval classification showing the output in a visual chart that the user can edit to correct sources with artifacts or pats with bad detections. This project was developed using Netbeans 7.3 IDE. For further questions or feature requests please contact me at mamenarguez@ou.edu Please read wiki for initial setup
