The goal of this project is to develop a Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) program using Stata programming language. This is the replacement of "deastata" project that we maintained for the purpose of version management. We call the program package "DEAS" which stands for Data Envelopment Analysis using Stata. The "electronics" package for GNU Octave provides functions for electronics calculations. Select resistor or capacitor values from E3 to E192 series, convert two-port parameter sets, calculate operational characteristics (voltage gain, current gain, input impedance, output impedance) for two-port circuits connected to generator and load impedance, convert ratio to dB and vice versa, calculate parallel impedances, and round values to a number of significant leading digits.

Bioinformatics as an emerging research area spreads out many challenges to both the Bioinformaticists and the Bioinformaticians. BioGenie is presented as a complete package for tackling these challenges. Accommodating all three platforms, that is, a desktop application, a web application and a mobile (android-based) application, BioGenie outperforms all existing softwares engineered to assist heavy and complex computations. The GUI is very well-designed guiding the user technically with ease.
