    Decision Table Preprocessor

    Decision Table Preprocessor

    Ccide is a Decision Table preprocessor.

    Ccide reads a source program, in one of several programming languages, expands all embedded decision tables, and generates the new, expanded source. Ccidew processes C language programs directly. The script, ccide, uses ccidew and m4, to process BASIC, JAVA, CC, C++, BASH, QB, VB, and EX(euphoria), source files containing embedded decision tables. Ccide checks all conditions once and only once, avoiding side effects. Ccide checks tables for conflicts and other errors. Input example: //DECISION_TABLE: // 1 3 2 2 | light == $$ /* 1=red, 2= yellow, 3=green. */ // N - - - | speed == STOPPED // - - Y - | speed == SLOW // - N - Y | speed == FAST // ______|___________________ // X - X - | Stop(); // - - - X | SlowDown(); // - X - - | SpeedUp(); //END_TABLE:

    CRUMp

    A probabilistic prediction system of protein phosphorylation sites

    ...Given an input set of protein sequences in FASTA format, the system outputs the position, residue type (S, T, or Y), and the estimated probability of each tested site being phosphorylatable. Latest downloadable files: - crump-0.2.0.tar.gz: CRUMp GNU Octave package - crump-0.2.0.zip: CRUMp MATLAB script - crumptestset.fasta: A testing dataset in FASTA format. The sequence headers list the accession number of the protein sequence and the position numbers of known phosphorylation sites. Note that CRUMp may predict additional phosphorylation sites that have not been experimentally verified yet. The testing dataset is from Biswas et al. 2010, http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2105/11/273/additional.

    Roaat Regular Typographic Features
    I created a Khmer font. Because Khmer ist quite a descendant of the Brahmi script, adding OpenType and/or AAT (Apple Advanced Typography) features is necessary for realizing the letter rearrangement and reshaping. Because of the complexity of the Khmer script this task is quite challenging, and I still have problems in making the AAT features work properly. This project is meant to make the development process visible for everyone and allowing others to give valuable hints and comments.
