nwbas2ecce converts nwchem basis set files to the ECCE format
The basis sets included with ECCE have -- as far as I can tell -- not been updated for many years. In addition, many of the newer basis sets that come with nwchem aren't included, such as the def2- series. nwbas2ecce is a python script that aims to automate as much as possible of the conversion process of a nwchem basis set file into the files necessary for ECCE to included it in the basis set tool. RawGeno Version 2.0-1 is released! RawGeno is an R CRAN library automating the scoring of AFLP electropherograms. The library includes a graphical user interface to simplify its use. Note that the 2.0-1 version is delivered as a source (*.tar.gz for Linux and Mac users) and as a binary file (*.zip, for Windows users). The installation procedure differs slightly according to your system; but this should remain simple. Convert GPS-Tracks to KML
Convert GPS-Tracks user-saved tracks to KML files for Google Earth.
...This little Java applet provides the functionality to convert these saved tracks to KML files, for use with Google earth. Under Windows, it uses the synced files from the iTunes phone files backup, and extracts the tracks from there. Under Linux, it uses the virtual file system provided by libgpod (which provides an iPhone-gvfs-bridge) and gvfs-fuse (which offers gvfs virtual filesystems as Linux FUSE filesystems). Please note that this app is rather rudimentary. If you run into problems, please open a ticket to describe the issue; time permitting, I'll try to fix it. -
