TEACUP automates many aspects of running TCP performance experiments in a specially-constructed physical testbed. TEACUP enables repeatable testing of different TCP algorithms over a range of emulated network path conditions, bottleneck rate limits and bottleneck queuing disciplines. TEACUP utilises a text-based configuration file to define experiments as combinations of parameters specifying desired network path and end host conditions. When multiple values are provided (e.g. for TCP congestion control algorithm), an experiment is made up of multiple tests. For each experiment and test, TEACUP collects a range of data, such as tcpdump files of traffic seen or TCP stack information (e.g. using Web10G). TEACUP also collects a variety of metadata from the end hosts and bottleneck router, such as the actual OS/kernel version(s) used. TEACUP also provides some simple tools for analysing the results of experiments, such as plotting a flow's experienced RTT over time.

Tensiomet is a library of MATLAB functions and procedures that helps to conduct pendant drop measurements and to post process acquired data. Its focus is elastomery, to recover material parameters of elastic interfacial layers.

This program runs on a laptop with a wireless card. It scan for wireless access points (WAPs) and notes their Base Station ID or BSSID and their Received Signal Strength Indicator or RSSI. This data, along with an identifier for the physical location or 'ROOM', and the name of the computer it is being run on are stored as an ARFF file, which is compatible with programs such as WEKA and RAPIDMINER.

WeatherMonitoringStation is BeagleBone/Embedded Linux based software written in C++ intended to read, monitor, share and display environmental data such as temperature, humidity, wind speed etc. At this stage of development, temperature is measured using a DS18B20 sensor and sent out via standard output and/or a TCP/IP connection. Additional features will be implemented in due time. Recommended setup: * Eclipse with CDT. * GNU toolschain for ARM. * Oscilloscope. * Open collector buffer as described in AVR318 (http://www.atmel.com/images/doc2579.pdf). * BeagleBone or similar (Angstrom v2011.12-core - Kernel 3.1.0+). * DB18B20 temperature sensor. * For the PC client, Python 3.3 or better is needed in addition to matplotlib.

The goal of this project is to develop a framework to test and measure the performance of IEEE 802.11 based devices. Currently we aims to address the issues related to protocol conformance testing for a device.

YASAV is a GUI-based tool for fast analysis and visualization of SRAM based memory aging. The customization is done for YUV videos to realize use cases for image/video processing applications. This tool accepts SRAM scratchpad memory configuration and user parameters (like test data sets, required aging years etc.) and provides aging estimates in terms of Static Noise Margin (the metric of SRAM aging estimation) and in-depth duty cycle analysis. This tool also supports automatic visualization of aging results in form of heatmaps, box plots and histograms. It can also be used as a standalone tool for visualizing YUV 4:2:0p video files. We needed a datalogger, we found one. But the supplied VB6 program was very crappy, _really_ unusable, even on old XP machines. So I did mine, able to run under windows and linux. All the fun was to reverse the (binary) RS232 protocol. Our is a YC-727D with 2 thermocouple inputs, but the protocol is the same for 1, 2, 3 or 4 inputs models (YC-717, YC-727, YC-737, YC-747). Bytes orders needs to be checked for 3th and 4nd channels tough.

curl-benchmark is an open-source tool written in C-language that generates multiple and simultaneous HTTP/HTTPS requests and returns data for performance analysis.

dAnalytics is a software made for educational purposes to work with discriminant analysis. It's a very simple calculator over bi-dimensional populations. You input a file with two columns (one for each variable) and tryout different separations of populations (blue and red) and analyze it's efficiency by observing the eigen value result for the attempted separation. It also gives many information about the statistics both of the input and the separated populations. There's a documentation folder in the software which brings a quick start guide for this software.

Experix is a command-line driven environment for laboratory data acquisition and device control and graphical presentation and analysis of data. Written in C for GNU-Linux . Tested on PC and Raspberry Pi. The core is written very generally in order to support applications by means of script files. Device interfaces: PCMCIA daq (2 devices tested) via kernel module with interrupt handler and memory-mapped data; USB daq (1 device tested) using libusbx; running an equipment servicing program via pipes. Interfaces accessible via commands and scripts: file i/o modelled on stdio and stdlib; usb control and bulk transfers; socket operations; webcam; graphics via framebuffer. Applications (not all available yet for download) include: cell poker (like an atomic force microscope); tissue mechanical tester; fluorescence photobleaching; alternating laser excitation fluorescence; fluorescence intensity distribution analysis; iverilog simulation analysis.

The shock response spectrum (SRS) allows to estimate transient acceleration signals in terms of a maximum response of a dynamic vibration system. Its origin probably dates from civil engineering and the problem of seismic excitations, i.e. earthquake response of buildings, see Clough Penzien 1975. The SRS is a spectrum, i.e. a curve giving the maximum acceleration response depending on frequency. It is derived from a 1-mass-spring-damper vibration system being excited by a base excitation, i.e. an acceleration. freesrs calculates the shock response spectrum (SRS) and is a small library with Python and Fortran files.
