Java Disk Benchmark Utility
Simple Java utility to help bench mark disk IO. Benchmark is done by creating and reading data files to a user directory that can be configured. Suggestions would be very appreciated. https://gitlab.com/jamesmarkchan/jDiskMark/ Note: When doing a combined read and write operation the disk cache is not cleared automatically so the app must be restarted to avoid the cache from affecting read IO performance.
Profiling and analysis of laser beams with ImageJ
This open-source software enables profiling and analysis of laser beams. It can be used with a variety of cameras supported by ImageJ and Micro-Manager, or images from any other source. It provides all common analysis methods like D4Sigma, knife-edge, as well as fitting of Hermite-Gauss and super-Gauss functions.
Zephyr is a script-driven experiment automation program that works various measurement instruments and actuators. It supports instruments from Agilent, Eco Physics, ICS Electronics, Keithley, Omega, Teledyne and other manufacturers. The script language is XML-based. Syntax highlighting is available. ImageJ plugins and libraries for (bio)medical Image Processing
Optex Analyzer is a software to analyze and compare algorithms to solve approximately optimization problems. It has a GUI that allows select a set of input files containing raw algorithm results. The analysis is shown with tables and charts.
This project permits to execute jUnit randomly: per ClassRunner and per suite. This approach is not the best to reproduce errors, however, it aims to discover new ones.
