This project goal is to provide a way to get screenshot and channels data from digital storage oscilloscope.
Software written in Python to take oscilloscope data for a data transmit channel and a data clock as inputs, and output an eye diagram. The eye diagram helps evaluate the quality of the transmit data.

Open Source Geographical Wifi Analyser Tool
Python GUI program to work with Geiger counters like GMC-300/320/500
GeigerLog is a Python based GUI program to work with GQ Electronic's GMC-300 / 320 and now also GMC-500 Geiger counters. Available as "scripts" to run where a proper Python environment exists, or as "bundle", which brings its own Python environment (but currently runs on Linux only). GeigerLog allows reading of Geiger counter data, logging to file, printing to screen and plotting as graph, showing Count Rate vs. Time, both in various, selectable units. The history stored on the Geiger counter's internal memory can be extracted, analyzed and graphed in the same way. The graph is live auto-updated and allows various customization. Time ranges for analysis can be set manually or per left/right mouse click. GeigerLog can control some functions of a connected counter (limited to GMC-3xx counters!). Advanced analysis of the data now permits count rate histograms with Poisson fit for quality control of data, and FFT analysis for any periodic signal hidden within the data.

PGAF provides a framework tuned, user-specific genetic algorithms by handling I/O, UI, and parallelism. It is designed for optimizing functions that take a "very long time" to evaluate.
PyPak is a Python library for communication with Campbell Scientific dataloggers through the PakBus interface over TCP/IP or serial lines.
QTLab is a ipython-based measurement environment.
A cross platform Python frequency scanning GUI for rtl-sdr
A cross platform Python frequency scanning GUI for USB TV dongles, using the OsmoSDR rtl-sdr library. In other words a cheap, simple Spectrum Analyser. More information can be found at: http://eartoearoak.com/software/rtlsdr-scanner An installer and standalone versions for Windows are located here: https://github.com/EarToEarOak/RTLSDR-Scanner/releases Sources are available on GitHub: https://github.com/EarToEarOak/RTLSDR-Scanner ** The up to date installer is no longer maintained on this site and can now be found at https://github.com/EarToEarOak/RTLSDR-Scanner/releases **
A Deliberately Non-Object-Oriented Python Interface to COMEDI
aka: Schlang - A Deliberately Non-Object-Oriented Python Interface to COMEDI COMEDI datatypes and functions are replicated though this interface using the Python ctypes library. This allows the user to interface directly with comedi-lib though the comfortable interface of a Python interpreter.Object-Orientation of the interface is deliberately not provided so the coding style will loosely mimic C -- in this way, Schlang can be used to prototype and debug complex programs that will later be written in C.
SocExplorer, an open source System On Chip testing software/framework.
SocExplorer is an open source generic System On Chip testing software/framework. We write this software for the development and the validation of our instrument, the Low Frequency Receiver(LFR) for the Solar Orbiter mission. This instrument is based on an actel FPGA hosting a LEON3FT processor and some peripherals. To make it more collaborative, we use a plugin based system, the main executable is SocExplorer then all the functionality are provided by plugins. Like this everybody can provide his set of plugins to handle a new SOC or just a new peripheral. SocExplorer uses PythonQt to allow user to automate some tasks such as loading some plugins, configuring them and talking with his device. SocExplorer is provided under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.
Spectral - software for manipulating optical spectroscopy data
Spectral-SpecPro helps with the manipulation of optical spectroscopy data. Spectral takes files produced by Jasco instruments (uv-vis absorbance, fluorescence, circular dichroism readings as a function of wavelength, temperature, or time) and facilitates basic operations such as unit conversion (CD spectra), conversion into the format taken by CDPro (estimation of secondary structure; CD spectra), scatter correction (absorbance spectra), smoothing, re-sampling of the x-axis, and generic combination (sum, product, average, standard deviation) of multiple curves. Spectral-SpecPro is based on earlier software written by Stephen R Martin (MRC-NIMR London NW7 and Francis Crick Institute London NW1).
Small tools to convert binary data format from spectrometers and oscilloscopes. Now the translators for * Starnford SR430 * LeCROY oscilloscope are included.
TCP Experiment Automation Controlled Using Python
TEACUP automates many aspects of running TCP performance experiments in a specially-constructed physical testbed. TEACUP enables repeatable testing of different TCP algorithms over a range of emulated network path conditions, bottleneck rate limits and bottleneck queuing disciplines. TEACUP utilises a text-based configuration file to define experiments as combinations of parameters specifying desired network path and end host conditions. When multiple values are provided (e.g. for TCP congestion control algorithm), an experiment is made up of multiple tests. For each experiment and test, TEACUP collects a range of data, such as tcpdump files of traffic seen or TCP stack information (e.g. using Web10G). TEACUP also collects a variety of metadata from the end hosts and bottleneck router, such as the actual OS/kernel version(s) used. TEACUP also provides some simple tools for analysing the results of experiments, such as plotting a flow's experienced RTT over time.

Cph CT Toolbox is a selection of Computed Tomography tools
Copenhagen Computed Tomography Toolbox is a collection of applications and libraries for flexible and efficient CT reconstruction. The toolbox apps generally take a set of projections (X-ray intensity measurements) and filter and back project them in order to recreate the image or volume that the projections represent. The project includes both mostly informative CPU implementations and highly efficient GPU implementations. Regular releases are hosted at the Python Package Index.
