CSV Comparator is a tool for comparing files which contain CSV-Data. It was created for performance engineers to be able to have a easy way to compare data from two testruns and be able to automate the comparing process of various files with scripts. There is a command line tool as well as a user interface. In case you need to compare .xml-Files you can convert them to .csv-Files with my other project CSV Transformer. The advantages by using CSV as input and output are the following: - Many applications allow an export of its data to CSV or Excel(were it could be saved to CSV) - It is possible to pre- and postprocess the data, e.g removing version numbers before comparing - It is easy to create CSV data from logfiles and other resources by using unix tools like sed or awk - CSV can be loaded into other applications, especially Excel, were it can be formatted by macros for analyzing.

This software is a very simple network analyzer. When you click the start button, it will send a configurable stream of UDP packets to a host. (The receiving host is then required to echo all the packets back to the sender, which can be easily done via iptables rule under linux). Once the eched packets arrives back to the sender, the analyzer will calculate all the related statistics like, packet loss, jitter throughput etc... NOTE: in order to receive the echo packets you must configure the receiving host to echo the incoming packets. In the next release i will provide another java application that just echo on an UDP port.

AMICI, the Assessment platform for Multiple Interdependent Critical Infrastructures, simplifies and boosts experimentation with cyber-physical systems. AMICI enables the real-time execution of physical process models developed in Matlab Simulink, in a way that they can interact with real cyber systems, e.g., ad-hoc software or even real malware. The simulated physical models may come from a wide range of domains, e.g., power generation, power transmission, railway transportation, chemical processes. AMICI includes two main software units that have been developed in C# (Windows) and have been ported on Unix-based systems with the help of the Mono platform. AMICI has been primarily tested in FreeBSD-based systems. Experix is a command-line driven environment for laboratory data acquisition and device control and graphical presentation and analysis of data. Written in C for GNU-Linux . Tested on PC and Raspberry Pi. The core is written very generally in order to support applications by means of script files. Device interfaces: PCMCIA daq (2 devices tested) via kernel module with interrupt handler and memory-mapped data; USB daq (1 device tested) using libusbx; running an equipment servicing program via pipes. Interfaces accessible via commands and scripts: file i/o modelled on stdio and stdlib; usb control and bulk transfers; socket operations; webcam; graphics via framebuffer. Applications (not all available yet for download) include: cell poker (like an atomic force microscope); tissue mechanical tester; fluorescence photobleaching; alternating laser excitation fluorescence; fluorescence intensity distribution analysis; iverilog simulation analysis.

As one of INCA user, I always feel difficulty of preparing A2L file - it needs a lot efforts to describe both of interface parts (CAN & XCP) and ECU's internal variable parts (MEASUREMENT & CHARACTERISTICS). This is a project we - ten students, 16 to 18 years old, and one teacher - are currently working on in the so called "Physik-Projektkurs" at school in which we build and program our own scanning tunneling microscope. This software is designed for DAQ systems by BMCM (we use the USB-AD16F), but it should not be too difficult to adapt it to foreign systems.It currently supports resolutions up to 1024x1024, visualization in 2D and 3D using colors from predefined gradients, export to PNG, CSV, OBJ and more! SimAssem is a tool for investigating the performances of species richness estimators across widely ranging assemblages and survey designs. Assemblages are simulated by specifying the: 1) number of species, 2) total abundance of individuals, 3) abundance distribution, 4) spatial configuration, 5) species detection probabilities, 6) survey design, and 7) number of grid cells to survey (out of a square grid comprised of 10,000 cells). SimAssem also processes existing encounter data and formats existing and simulated encounter data for other programs. SimAssem, along with the open source code, will hopefully give researchers and managers a tool for assessing the development of new estimators and evaluating potential decisions in a simulated environment. More information on SimAssem is given in Chapter 2, 'SimAssem: a program for simulating species assemblages and estimating species richness', in the dissertation 'Simulating species assemblages and evaluating species richness estimators'.

Serial communication utility
