JMCAD is an program for the modeling and simulation of complex dynamic systems. This includes the ability to construct and simulate block diagrams. The visual block diagram interface offers a simple method for constructing, modifying and maintaining complex system models. The simulation engine provides fast and accurate solutions for linear, nonlinear, continuous time, discrete time, time varying and hybrid system designs. With JMCAD, users can quickly develop software or "virtual" prototypes of systems or processes to demonstrate their behavior prior to building physical prototypes. The user builds his system model by selecting predefined blocks from a block library and simply wiring the blocks together. Each block of the diagram performs a function. Users can also create custom blocks in Java and add them to the JMCAD block library. JMCAD is a block diagram language for creating complex nonlinear dynamic systems.
Digital Circuits Design and Simulation
Digital Logic Design is a Software tool for designing and simulating digital circuits. It provides digital parts ranging from simple gates to Arithmetic Logic Unit. In this software, circuit can easily be converted into a reusable Module. A Module may be used to built more complex circuits like CPU. The circuit working can be analyzed by using output parts like LEDs, Seven Segment Display and Digital Oscilloscope etc. provided in the software. This Software may be used by professionals, hobbyists and students alike. The teachers may incorporate this software in their courses like Digital Logic and Computer Design, Computer Architecture, Computer Organization and Embedded Systems. In this software, a circuit may be designed using graphical components or may be entered as Sum-of-Product Boolean form.
While resting-state fMRI is drawing more and more attention, there has not been a software for its data analysis. Based on MATLAB, we developed a package named REST. Currently REST has three main functions: function connectivity, ReHo and ALFF.
Science Laboratory Inventory and Order Management System
Science Laboratory Inventory and Orders Management System: suitable for school's science laboratories to manage stored items (chemical and equipment) and adds a way to order these items on-line for science lessons and practical experiments. It's PHP/MySQL web application which needs to be installed in one server and runs in any client's browser with no modification at all. It's a multi-user system with different privileges. Demo is available at: http://sciencelabinv.sourceforge.net/demo/
The Naomi project develops an OCL 1.5 interpretation and validation framework. Arbitrary model information is accessed via a model interface. The interface is extended to support OCL constraints on MOF compliant metamodels (e.g. UML metamodels).

Java toolkit for discrete Image and Signal processing.
JMathStudio is a Java based digital image and signal processing toolkit/library. It is simple to use, portable, light (~300 Kb), extendable and free. JMathStudio provides a developer with many of the advanced and basic discrete image and signal processing utilities ( 500+ useful operations/transforms). This is a standalone toolkit with no dependencies other than the JDK/JRE 1.5 or higher. JMathStudio support an entire image/signal processing pipeline right from the loading of the data (external image, audio, raw data) to data processing, data visualization (display and plot) and saving of the data (as external image, audio, raw data). Author: Bhavya Ajani (firstname.lastname@example.org) Android compatible JMathStudio is available @ https://sourceforge.net/projects/jmathstudio-android/
AKtive Media is an ontology based cross-media annotation (Images and Text) system. Our goal is to automate the process of annoation by suggesting knowledge to the user in an interactive way while the user is annotating and hence minimizing user effort.
To envision the radiation exposure in Neutron Activation Experiments
A software called Activity Predictor is developed using Java TM programming language. The Activity Predictor calculates activities, exposure rates and gamma spectra of activated samples for NAA experiments. The calculation procedure for predictions involve both analytical and Monte Carlo methods. The Activity Predictor software is validated by a series of activation experiments. It has been found that this software calculates the activities and exposure rates precisely. The software also predicts gamma spectrum for each measurement. The predicted spectra agreed partially with measured spectra. This software has a XML database which includes nuclear data for frequently used materials in NAA. Neutron Neutron cross section data from ‘‘ Tables for Neutron Activation Analysis’’ , photon cross section data from Berger and Hubbell’s XCOM photon cross sections database [ 2], and isotope decay from from Lund/LBNL database are included in this database.
