Hikari is a simple AI chat bot which is able to respond when you talk to her. Hikari can learn from conversations with users. A cross-platform OpenGL based lightweight scenegraph library
RenderTools is an OpenGL based scenegraph library in C++ for Windows, OSX and IOS supporting OpenGL|ES1.1, ES2.0, OpenGL1.5 and up to the latest version (currently 4.2). It allows the developer to easily (de)serialize a scenegraph to-and-from xml, create renderbuffers, framebuffers, samplers, vertexbuffers etc. and cross-reference those items. RenderTools allows you to completely specify an application, its resources, viewcontrollers and its renderpasses in one single xml. GraphNodes such as RelationalNode, RenderNode, and TransformNode can be used to create a complex hierarchy for rendering. Both update and render calls can selectively include or exclude specific components such as geometric details or lighting or texturing.

Compress videos to ufmf format (micro fly movie format)
any2ufmf reads in videos of various formats and outputs a compressed UFMF (micro-fly movie format) video. I'm not sure what kinds of videos it reads -- whatever OpenCV reads. It has worked on uncompressed AVIs (BI_RGB Raw Bitmap), motion JPEG AVIs, and H.264 Quicktime MOV files. I wrote this program when debugging my video data capture code. It's interface is rather bare, but it may be useful to someone. Bisulfite alignment On Nodes of a cluster
Bison allows users with access to a computer cluster to rapidly align whole-genome bisulfite sequencing or RRBS reads. It can align both directional and non-directional libraries and uses bowtie2. Multiple compute nodes are not absolutely required, but will make the alignment process faster. Further details available on the Wiki page. The article explains the design and the characteristics of a new open source content aggregation system. Among the features of the program, stands out a new processing engine of syndication channels, monitoring capability of information recovery in real time, the possibilities of the configuration of aggregator behavior, automatic classification of contents and new models for representation of information from relational interactive maps. On the other hand, the aggregation program, which named AXYZ, is designed to manage thousands of syndication channels of RSS format. Furthermore it also provides statistics that can be used to study the production of any producer subject and the impact of the information that published in other sources. The result that has been obtained in the research, allow to create modules capable of compare the relationship between different news or information from different sources, their degree of influence and their detection by the patterns.

Graphical Depth of Field Calculator
DOFView is a "Depth of Field" Calculator. It is a small application written in C++/Qt for Window and Linux to evaluate the effect of the focal, subject distance, and the f-Number change, on the depth of field. DOFView will report near and far distance limits, hyperfocal, total DoF etc., both in textual or graphical format. A simulation of what can be seen in the camera viewfinder is also shown in 3D. The application was inspired by my Nikon D5100, even if the user can set information and use this program selecting among hundreds of compact or DSLR camera models.
