2-photon scanning software
Iris is a LabVIEW package, developed at the Keller Lab (Basel FMI), for running 2-photon microscopes. It is supplied with auxiliary software for recording additional experimental parameters, such as behavioral states. Iris is freely available. You may modify it as you wish and use it as you wish, so long as you comply with the licence terms (see below). However, please note that we are **unable to offer any guarantee of support**. There are two exceptions to this. 1) If you find a bug (please start a ticket and report it). 2) If your support request intersects with our need to document the software. Iris is currently largely undocumented, but we will be adding documentation over time. You may file a help request in the Discussion section. If we can answer your question via expanding the documentation, then we will do so by expanding the wiki. Questions that are tangential to our development and documentation goals will likely go unanswered by the development team.

The Airborne Data Processing and Analysis (ADPAA) package is an open-source software package containing a collection of programs and scripts to process and analyze data from in-situ instruments deployed on airborne platforms. The ADPAA package was started to process data on the North Dakota Citation Research Aircraft but has been used to process data on many airborne platforms. PyCosmic is a tool to detect and clean single images from the disturbing cosmic ray hits. It was designed and tested specifically for CALIFA and other fiber-fed integral-field spectroscopy dataset. It is written in Python and can be executed from the command line. New release is version v0.5. Updated to be compatible with numpy version 1.12. New release is version v0.4. It's now compatible with astropy for fits I/O and computation time is reduced by a factor of 2.

The goal of the project is the realization of a modular firmware that allows to control a CNC machine with different utensils. For instance, a CNC with a drill, with few changes can become a plotter with a pen or cutting machine to cut cardboard or stickers. In order to do that, we want project a CNC router with a mechanism that allows a fast utensil change and a controlling firmware which can use different utensils changing some configuration parameters.
