Grassroots DiCoM is a C++ library for DICOM medical files. It is accessible from Python, C#, Java and PHP. It supports RAW, JPEG, JPEG 2000, JPEG-LS, RLE and deflated transfer syntax. It comes with a super fast scanner implementation to quickly scan hundreds of DICOM files. It supports SCU network operations (C-ECHO, C-FIND, C-STORE, C-MOVE). PS 3.3 & 3.6 are distributed as XML files. It also provides PS 3.15 certificates and password based mecanism to anonymize and de-identify DICOM datasets.

ElemenTable is an interactive periodic table of elements application using WinForms. It gives important information, e.g. atomic mass or electronegativity, on all current chemical elements from Hydrogen  to Oganesson . All elements are ordered in a colorful periodic table layout which can be changed in color to show either the element groups, the element states or the element types.
This is a port of LibRTK on C#, and into a small c/c++ library.

The Systems Biology Workbench(SBW) is a framework for application intercommunications. It uses a broker-based, distributed, message-passing architecture, supports many languages including Java, C++, Perl & Python, and runs under Linux,OSX & Win32. It comes with a large number of modules, encompassing the whole modeling cycle: creating computational models, simulating and analyzing them, visualizing the information, in order to improve the models. All using community standards, such as SED-ML, SBML and MIRIAM.

A simple .NET mathematical expression parser
Calcex is a simple math parser for .NET to evaluate mathematical expressions which is developed in C#. It supports many common mathematical operations and functions and allows the user to add custom functions and variables. It is possible to evaluate double or decimal values for high precision. Calcex also includes functions for converting numbers from decimal to binary or other bases. The project includes a simple calculator and decimal-binary converter to show the functions of Calcex.
