Software for Introductory Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics
Introductory Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics helps readers master the fundamentals of applied thermodynamics as practice today. The text is distinctive in making the molecular perspectives accessible at the introductory level and connecting properties with practical applications. This site distributes the software for the textbook. If you are a 'user', then you want to download the archive from 'Download' icon or the 'Files' link. If you want the latest version of a particular file, then use the 'Code' link and look in the 'trunk' folder for the main development and 'branches' for any side projects. Please note that the 'Files' releases are periodic, and that the 'Code' files may contain development files or code that is different from the 'Files' content.
An easy to install and use toolbox for octave for the calculation purpose of power system along with features like Economic load dispatch, load flow analysis, transmission line parameter and swing equation etc
GPUmat is a C/C++ GPU engine for Matlab based on NVIDIA CUDA.
Please download Windows and Linux version by clicking on "Browse All Files". GPUmat allows standard MATLAB code to run on GPUs. The engine is written in C/C++ and based on NVIDIA CUDA. Please contact email@example.com for any questions. Unfortunately GPUmat was compiled for CUDA 5.0 and we basically stopped any support for other CUDA version because we don't have the resources to do it. But you can compile the source code if you want. Instructions to compile the source code: You need to download a SVN client and then from command line: svn export http://svn.code.sf.net/p/gpumat/code/trunk ./GPUmat the above command creates a folder ./GPUmat with the source code. Then go to the 'doc' folder, open the GPUmat_Developer_Guide.pdf and check the chapter "Source code compilation"
IRBEM-LIB provides routines to compute magnetic coordinates for any location in the Earth's magnetic field, to perform coordinate conversions, to evaluate geophysics/space-physics models, and to propagate orbits in time.

Satellite Power Analysis Tool
# Satellite Power Analysis Tool (SPAT) The tool was originally created to aid during the Satellite Power System design process, however it has evolved to a Satellite Missoin design tool. The user defines the mission and the Satellite design paramenters and, the tool will output: - Power analysis - Battery charge/discharge analysis - Link budget - Ground track coverage - Ground station visibility SPAT has been developed in MATLAB and MCR (Matlab runtime) is required. SPAT is pre-compiled and currently available for MacOS and Windows email: aitorvs(AT)gmail.com

A MATLAB Toolbox for control and basic analysis of behavioral experiments.
Matlab interface to the Open Dynamics Engine (ODE)
MatODE is a simple Matlab toolbox for interfacing to the Open Dynamics Engine rigid body physics simulator (ODE, by Russell Smith), created by the Delft Biorobotics Lab (Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands). The system to be simulated is defined in an XML file, while the joint positions and motor signals can be sensed and actuated from a Matlab script. Examples are provided. Starting at version 0.30, MatODE is only available for Windows and Linux 64-bit. For older 32-bit versions, select "Browse all files".
This tool allows to compute LOLIMOT models. LOLIMOT models are also called neuro-fuzzy models or fast neural network models. This tool can export the model into C, C++, Matlab.

<Temporarily Unavailable Online> This project is aiming at completing a library of open codes (mainly based on MATLAB at present) to deal with Dipoles-Cavity Interaction problems. Common methods, including Green's function method and Master Equation method et al, will be applied to the coding. Samples of calculations and standard comparison with publications using the library will be given for demonstration of the usage. Interface to some commonly used software, such as Lumerical FDTD Solutions, will also be developed in the project. This project is titled under nanophotonics, quantum optics, nano-optics, computational physics and physics.
The future of information technology will be based on controlling the flow of natural light. This project is an attempt to establish the code (or software) that will enable this to happen. It involves rewriting an OS from the ground up.
