VHDL and Verilog HDL are standards languages for hardware description. This tool generate obfuscated code that is almost unreadable to humans, but is still readable to compilers and simulators. Structure parameter inference approach for endocrine feedback control
SPINA is software for determining constant structure-parameters of endocrine feedback control systems from hormone levels obtained in vivo. The first version of this cybernetic approach allows for evualuating the functional status of the thyroid gland, i.e. thyroid's secretory capacity (GT or SPINA-GT) and sum activity of peripheral deiodinases (GD or SPINA-GD).

Software for analysis of patch-clamp recordings and other wave data
This program was designed mainly for preconditioning and analysis of electrophysiological data, including patch-clamp and 2-electrode voltage clamp recordings. The program includes tools both for basic analysis of whole-cell recordings or analysis of single channel properties. Program can display and analyse long traces incuding many sweeps, series and even groups simultaneously. Current amplitudes or time intervals are easily measured. Single channel conductance, kinetics, NPo, as well as number of channels in a patch and their open probability may be estimated with the analysis of dwelling time at each conductance level. The program directly reads files, created by Pulse and PatchMaster software (HEKA Elektronik Dr. Schulze GmbH) as well as ASCII files. However, the program may be useful in various applications when editing and measurements in a 2-dimentional (for example time-current) wave are required.

Woodland potential calculator GIS presentation application
The Forestry Commission and Natural England commissioned a bespoke data collection and presentation tool for calculating the potential for increasing the extent of tree cover across the north west of England. The data was divided into sub-regions by landscape type using Natural England's Character Area classifications. The potential within each of these Character Areas was then estimated by working groups of local experts who were capable of making reasoned assessments of both the opportunities and constraints to woodland creation. Subsequently, this project was considerably extended and adopted as a national system. It is currently being used to compile the National Woodland Potential dataset for the whole of England.

A finite element data exchange system
FEDES is a Finite Element Data Exchange System for mapping finite element analysis data between different FE solvers and meshes with different element types and densities. Six commercial FE solvers are supported (ABAQUS, ANSYS, DEFORM, MARC, MORFEO, VULCAN). The FEA data outputted can be visualized with the open source program ParaView.
An aquarium management software with a Simulation Model System
SME LibreAquarium is an Aquarium management system with a Simulation Model Engine (SME) that makes a prediction of the possible measurement values for the different pollutants that affect to these aquatics systems (NO3,PO4, Fe). The simulator consults the recorded analysis to calculate a prediction of the NO3, PO4, Fe, that the these aquatic system produce. It also uses a central (fish, plant and invertebrates) database to check if the actual parameters are Ok, depending on the species that live in the Aquarium. With all the records, the Simulation Model predicts the algae risk too (low,medium,high) and the algae type(green,cyanotic.) using the Redfield coefficient. Appart from that, the program tries to bring another modest contribution to Open Source Software and the World of Aquariums. SME LibreAquarium helps to daily maintenace of the aquarium with habitants control(fishes,plants, invertebrates), expenses, statistics, alarms, etc.
