Solve linear programming problems
Linear Program Solver (LiPS) is an optimization package oriented on solving linear, integer and goal programming problems. The main features of LiPS are: ● LiPS is based on the efficient implementation of the modified simplex method that solves large scale problems. ● LiPS provides not just an answer, but a detailed solution process as a sequence of simplex tables, so you can use it for studying/teaching linear programming. ● LiPS gives sensitivity analysis procedures, which allow us to study the behaviour of the model when you change its parameters, including: analysis of changes in the right sides of constraints, analysis of changes in the coefficients of the objective function, analysis of changes in the column/row of the technology matrix. Such information may be extremely useful for the practical application of LP Models. ● LiPS provides methods of goal programming, including lexicographic and weighted GP methods, which are oriented on multi-objective optimisation.
UrJTAG aims to create an enhanced, modern tool for communicating over JTAG with flash chips, CPUs, and many more. It is a descendant of the popular openwince JTAG tools with a lot of additional features and enhancements.
This is a simple BACnet Browser that currently only sends a Who-Is message and builds a tree of Devices when it receives an I-Am message. It then allows a list of diagnostic routines to be run.

It is available for Mac OS X 10.6 and above and iOS 5.1.1 and above. Please refer to the paper published in Concepts In Magnetic Resonance, 2011, 38A (2), 17-24.
Qt Visual Graph Editor
qvge is a multiplatform graph editor written in C++/Qt. Its main goal is to make possible visually edit two-dimensional graphs in a simple and intuitive way. Please note that qvge is not a replacement for such a software like Gephi, Graphvis, Dot, yEd, Dia and so on. It is neither a tool for "big data analysis" nor a math application. It is really just a simple graph editor :)
Cloo is an open source, easy to use, managed library which enables .NET/Mono applications to take full advantage of the OpenCL framework.
Barracuda is a high-speed sequence aligner based on Sanger's BWA and utilizes the latest Nvidia CUDA architecture for accelerating alignments of sequence reads generated by next-generation sequencers.
Linear Program Solver (RSS) is an optimization package intended for solving linear programming problems. The main features of the RSS are: · RSS solver is based on the efficient implementation of the simplex method (one or two phases); · RSS provides not only an answer, but a detailed solution process as a sequence of simplex matrices, so you can use it in studying (teaching) linear programming. · RSS provides a solution with the graphic method for problems with tow variables. · This first version is only in french the next version will come soon to include the english language and the sensitivity analyses. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me: email@example.com. Any comments and suggestions would be helpful!
