This is an extension to the standard 2D HF package (A Numerical Hartree-Fock Program for Diatomic Molecules by Jacek Kobus, Leif Laaksonen and Dage Sundholm) that adds some extra functionality.
Edit/create settings and data files(.bdf) of Bugale N-Body Simulator.
This project simply provides a convenient graphic user interface to create and edit the data files (simulation settings and body properties) for Bugale N-Body Simulator. You can find the Bugale N-Body Simulator project here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/bugalesimulator/ You must have Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (or later) installed on your system in order to use this editor: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=21
Bike Power, calculates the power output and power consumption for bicycling.Given things like riding speed, body weight, hill grade, and wind speed it give you a table with power output and power consumption.
Convertit différentes unitées de mesures
Programmé en VB.NET, cet outil convertit des unitées de durée, d'énergie, de longueur, de poids, de superficie, de température, de vitesse ou de volume.
gMol molecular graphics
We've moved to https://github.com/tjod/gMol/wiki gMol is an interactive visualization system used to display and manipulate 3-dimensional models of scientific data, such as molecular structures and surfaces. It contains both OpenGL and web browser widgets that enable flexible user interfaces.
Ray tracing engine in C++ with front-end GUI in Java
SimMyWorld is originally a ray tracing program in C we developed for a school project. Then, we kept improving it and translated it into C++ to use an object-oriented model. A Java GUI has been developed to help users use the computation codes.
ThoughtFlow-Sys is a new computer neuropsychological test developed in Python to study the verbal expression of thought flow, using a modification of Jung´s Word-Association Test. © 2008 - UNIFESP / Rodrigo C. Vertulo / Prof. Dr. Carlos J. R. Campos
VHF-UHF propagation prediction and radio coverage analysis tool.
QRadioPredict is an experimental software for VHF-UHF propagation prediction and radio coverage analysis. Currently it works on Linux and Windows 32 bit (Vista tested). Can be used as a repeater site planing tool. Uses OpenStreetMap tiles or public sattelite imagery as background. Elevation profiles are taken from NASA 1 degree SRTM 3 arcsec elevation files (*.hgt) obtainable from various sources. Uses a new algorithm for glound clutter attenuation prediction, based on a ray model. Terrain type data is taken from Corine CLC2006 shapefiles, which gives great accuracy for all of Europe, or from any other land cover data such as VMAP0 shapefiles. Has an internal APRS client which can be used to display stations as a landmark. Can use antenna radiation patterns generated by 4NEC2 or other NEC2 compatible antenna modelling programs. QRadioPredict can operate as a traditional standalone program or can be connected to Flightgear for real-time radio analysis.

RHydrogen is a lightweight open-source c++ program which solves the Dirac equation for Hydrogen-like atoms. This implementation is based on the ROOT program library.
Old project for GS2. Now moved to the gyrokinetics project.
This is the old project for GS2: Gyrokinetic Turbulence Simulator. Low frequency, electromagnetic turbulence occurs in magnetic fusion experiments, astrophysical plasmas, and basic physics experiments. GS2 is a full-featured, portable, parallel code for gyrokinetic simulation.
IQWorks is a project to provide Medical Physicists with automated image analysis software for use with DICOM test images, such as CT, mammography and digital radiography.
JaxoDraw: Feynman Diagrams made easy!
JaxoDraw is a tool to generate Feynman diagrams in a mouse click-and-drag fashion. Graphs can be exported to a variety of graphics formats and arbitrary latex code can be used for labels to produce high-quality publishing-style figures.
Yet Another Finite Element Method Solver
YAFEMS (Yet Another Finite Element Method Solver) is a FEM solver for Linux and WIndows that reads a MED mesh file produced by Salome (http://www.salome-platform.org/) with certain groups created into the mesh, and with the help of an input text file (.yaf), performs a 3D or 2D plane stress or plane strain analysis and creates results in plain text format and in MED format. This way a complete analysis can be carried inside Salome, where a mesh file can be created, exported and read by YAFEMS with the help of a .yaf input file and post-processed within Salome using ParaView. New in v0.4 - More performance boost due to the implementation of the Cuthill-McKee algorithm.
XDAQ is a software platform designed specifically for the development of distributed data acquisition systems. The development is carried out at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research. Please visit http://xdaq.web.cern.ch
XMD is a program for performing molecular dynamic simulations on metals and some ceramics materials at the atomic scale. It models atomic energies and dynamics using user defined pair potentialsl, EAM potentials and some hard coded potentials.
potfit force-matching code
The potfit code uses the force-matching method to generate effective potentials from ab-initio reference data.
Program to fetch datas from YC-7x7 dataloggers from YCT
We needed a datalogger, we found one. But the supplied VB6 program was very crappy, _really_ unusable, even on old XP machines. So I did mine, able to run under windows and linux. All the fun was to reverse the (binary) RS232 protocol. Our is a YC-727D with 2 thermocouple inputs, but the protocol is the same for 1, 2, 3 or 4 inputs models (YC-717, YC-727, YC-737, YC-747). Bytes orders needs to be checked for 3th and 4nd channels tough.
C++ library for very easy operating with TLE data sets and files.
The TLELib is the C++ library, which allows to read and write the TLE files very easy. It provides 2 main objects: tlelib::Node - object, operating with NORAD two lines elements data. It allows to parse the data from 2 or 3 lines and to output the data into strings in according to the TLE format. tlelib::Stream - stream, allowing to read the TLE data from some object of iostream type, and to write the data in TLE format into such object.
