Solve linear programming problems
Linear Program Solver (LiPS) is an optimization package oriented on solving linear, integer and goal programming problems. The main features of LiPS are: ● LiPS is based on the efficient implementation of the modified simplex method that solves large scale problems. ● LiPS provides not just an answer, but a detailed solution process as a sequence of simplex tables, so you can use it for studying/teaching linear programming. ● LiPS gives sensitivity analysis procedures, which allow us to study the behaviour of the model when you change its parameters, including: analysis of changes in the right sides of constraints, analysis of changes in the coefficients of the objective function, analysis of changes in the column/row of the technology matrix. Such information may be extremely useful for the practical application of LP Models. ● LiPS provides methods of goal programming, including lexicographic and weighted GP methods, which are oriented on multi-objective optimisation.

A collection of OpenGL samples: It doesn't contain a lot of comments, nor does it use the features for complex effects, but they still show how to set up all the different new features.
WFM file reader and exporter
WFM reader and exporter is the simple application to read WFM file that produced by Tektronix/Rigol oscilloscopes. In the version 2.0: - Recovered the tabbed interface - Added Zooming/Scrolling - Added Legend with Min/Max - Added CSV / Image exporting - Removed 3rd party dependencies for straight recompile Many thanks to Kirk Wolak. https://sourceforge.net/users/kwolak Downloading of previous versions is not recommended. If you want to download the version with full source you can go to "Files" section and select appropritate item to download.

The road cutting and filling quantity analyser and report producer app
Earthworks is a civil engineering related cutting and filling quantity calculator. It also generates reports in various formats of CSV and PDF. It takes the basic paraments to form the longitudinal section of the road along with the proportions ratio of cuttings and fillings. ================================= V 1.2: 1. Now creates the longitudinal section in CAD softwares. 2. Bug Fixes. ================================== V 1.1: 1. Application freezing, not opening bug fixed. 2. Application closing error fixed. ================================== ======================================= SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS ======================================= Windows: 7/ 8 / 8.1 / 10 (Please note, the ARM version of Windows is not supported for now.) NxBRE is a lightweight Business Rule Engine (aka Rule Based Engine) for the .NET platform, composed of a forward-chaining inference engine and an XML-driven flow control engine. It supports RuleML 0.9 Naf Datalog and Visio 2003 modeling.
The Drools.NET is a .NET port for Drools, which is a java Rules Engine based on Charles Forgy's Rete algorithm. Drools.NET enables .NET developers/Users to exploit the powerful Rule Engine like Drools through a completely managed .NET code base.
Software to restore cyclorama (360 deg. panorama) from photos
This application allows visually restore a cyclorama from a set of photos covering 360 degrees in all directions to horizon. It was specially designed to restore panoramas obtained by Apollo missions in 1969-1972 but it can be used to restore any cyclorama from photos got in your tourist trip (for example). The main principle of the program is in projecting photos on a 360x360 sphere and combining it together. If you select a correct field of view (FOV) for photo images, its combination become ideal for distant points. For moon cyclorama it is also possible to check a Sun and Earth positions on the sky and to compare the result with a LOLA data (provided by the the LRO moon satellite).
Customizable simulator of virtual CPU with multitasking.
Project is planned to be an extandable and customizable instruction set simulator of virtual CPU with multitasking. The entire program is written in C# language. The project provides: - Integrated development environment (MDI application) - Software simulator of CPU system similar to i386, with cache and RAM - Built- in assembler with intel syntax - Functionalities of simple OS (scheduling, memory management) in IDE. - Plug- in architecture: internal windows, instruction set, directives. The currently available version is called "initial". Some of features were simplified or cut out (eg. plugins were statically compiled into project) to meet the deadline, although the application is functional and stable in most cases. Project will be developed further. The documentation most propably will be unavailable until the end of october 2012.
