The classic RPL programming language reimplemented and reimagined.
This project reimplements from scratch the RPL language made popular by HP programmable calculators, in portable C/C++. The main goal is to release a complete computing environment for various targets. There's currently 4 active targets: the HP 50g, HP39gs and HP40gs calculators and a PC simulator (see the downloads section!). Other ports are planned for the future.
Eigenmath DS is a free computer algebra system ported to Nintendo DS. The aim of this project is to have a free CAS comparable to commercial systems such as Texas Instruments or HP calculators. The GUI is made with woopsi 0.3
ECG Logger is a complete Holter system incl. device and firmware.
ECG Logger is a Wearable Cardio Monitor for Long-Term (up to 24h) ECG Data Acquisition and Analysis (aka Holter) with an ECG live (real-time) mode. The ECG Logger project is aimed for providing a very low-cost open-source "Hardware and Software" for a Cardiac Rhythmic Holter. The hardware has been made very simple and is based on an Arduino Nano micro-controller with two companion boards for the SD card mass-storage and the instrumentation differential amplifier. It can help monitoring arrhythmia syndromes such as bradycardia, tachycardia, extra-systoles or pause. WARNING: In no case it can be use to replace a professional medical examination. Device MUST NOT BE CONNECTED to appliance powered by mains - risk of electrical shocks ************************************************************************************** ECG Logger Viewer : Companion software for programming and viewing Holder recording (https://sourceforge.net/p/ecg-logger-viewer)
ORSEE is a web-based Online Recruitment System for Economic Experiments. Key features: attribute query selection, random recruitment, experiment calendar, reputation system, automated mailing, pdf output, complete documentation.
The focus of this project is to port the OO interpreter language Python and its extensions (GUI, CORBA, SOAP, XML-RPC, QNX message passing, Data Bases a.s.o) to QNX4 and QNX6 (QNX RTP). URLs: www.python.org
OpenAPL is an open-source APL (A Programming Language) implementation. APL's strength is in the ease with which a programmer can manipulate arrays of numbers or characters.

Pretty Damn Quick (PDQ) analytically solves queueing network models of computer and manufacturing systems, data networks, etc., written in conventional programming languages. Generic or customized reports of predicted performance measures are output.
A finite element data exchange system
FEDES is a Finite Element Data Exchange System for mapping finite element analysis data between different FE solvers and meshes with different element types and densities. Six commercial FE solvers are supported (ABAQUS, ANSYS, DEFORM, MARC, MORFEO, VULCAN). The FEA data outputted can be visualized with the open source program ParaView.
Pascal Units for Medical Applications
The PUMA Repository is a collection of Pascal units for medical informatics. It contains reusable source code for a wide field of health-care application development. The code includes converting functions for measurement units and an HL7 engine. PUMA is compatible with Lazarus and Free Pascal. Some of the units also support other Pascal implementations including Delphi, winsoft Pocket Studio and other compilers.
A finite volume groundwater simulator
WODA (Well Outline and Design Aid) is a groundwater simulator developed at the Group for Numerical Analysis, Jaroslav Cerni Institute, Belgrade, Serbia. WODA does not have its own graphical user interface, but it can work with groundwater models constructed using the freely available Lizza interface, http://www.bioirc.ac.rs/index.php/groundwater-flow-software.
[R]obot [a]ware [i]s [n]ot a [Bot]
Development of a Robot using RobotC and Lego NXT. This is overall a way to play, learn and share about home made robot :-) v0.11 is currently available with Path Finding A*, motors & sensors emulation, and Robot odometry ;-). Follow its blog here : https://sourceforge.net/p/rainbot/blog/
Geeks Artificial Neural Network (G.A.N.N) is an open source project that started with the philosophy of being a new more advanced A.N.N that works as a platform for other applications. In other words, G.A.N.N should be considered as a "Black Box".
SciGraphica is a scientific data visualization and analysis application, supplying many of the basic plotting features for 2D and 3D charts. It features opening several worksheets and plots to work with at the same time and PS output.
ATMSP - A Tiny Mathematical Speed Parser
A Tiny Mathematical Speed Parser ATMSP is a portable C++ parser for mathematical expressions like "sin(x)+y^2" e.g. These may contain arbitrary numbers of functions, variables and constants. Major design goal was minimalistic size and maximum speed. Tiny 320 code-lines offer a parser plus bytecode-generator, 26 mathematical functions and 17 supported base-types including complex and arbitrary MPFR-multiprecision. Both parser and bytecode may run in threads. The usage of ATMSP is most simple - just include a single header in your own code and go. Reasonably experienced coders may implement other base-types like bool, SSE2, rationals or bigint's with a few changes. Have fun, Heinz van Saanen
