a dbms for neural nets. Chatbots, DTrees, random forests, n-grams,...
This project consists out of a windows based designer application and a library (that can run on multiple platforms, including android) together with several demo applications (including an MVC3 chatbot client and an android application). It is probably best compared to a database management system, but for neural networks instead of relational data. As such, the library is optimized for handling any type of data-size by using advanced streaming and caching algorithms. With the designer, you are able to create different types of decision trees, random forests, n-grams, pattern-matchers, conversational agents and all sorts of AI related algorithms. You can combine statistical approaches as well as pattern matchers or others. Do natural language processing, image or data analysis & interpretation,...

Software for analysis of patch-clamp recordings and other wave data
This program was designed mainly for preconditioning and analysis of electrophysiological data, including patch-clamp and 2-electrode voltage clamp recordings. The program includes tools both for basic analysis of whole-cell recordings or analysis of single channel properties. Program can display and analyse long traces incuding many sweeps, series and even groups simultaneously. Current amplitudes or time intervals are easily measured. Single channel conductance, kinetics, NPo, as well as number of channels in a patch and their open probability may be estimated with the analysis of dwelling time at each conductance level. The program directly reads files, created by Pulse and PatchMaster software (HEKA Elektronik Dr. Schulze GmbH) as well as ASCII files. However, the program may be useful in various applications when editing and measurements in a 2-dimentional (for example time-current) wave are required.

Encrypt Your Text documents with XOR encryption
This software provides an easy graphical way to encrypt your text documents from source code , text files ,scripts even jpeg files .It is a enhanced version of my earlier project https://sourceforge.net/p/xorencrypt which used win32 GUI . This is a demonstration of working of XOR encryption which was used by Germans in World War II (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lorenz_cipher) . Besides from XOR'ing the message with password after every encryption the key changes pseudorandomly. The password you provide is hashed ( SHA256 ) and saved into the encrypted file to check if the password provided is correct. This algorithm has limitations in general more the numbers of relative characters in the password to plaintext more secure will be the encryption. XOR encrypt has a 3.5 of 5 editors rating from softpedia http://www.softpedia.com/get/Security/Encrypting/XOR-Encrypt.shtml
A toolbox for interpretation and visualization of RNA-seq GO analysis
gogadget is an R package, and can help with the visualization and interpretation of GO enrichment analysis of RNA-seq data. It is developed especially for the use in combination with goseq. The functions that are available in this package are extensively described in the user's guide. To install the package download the "gogadget_2.1.tar.gz" file, open R and install with the following line: install.packages( "C:/your/directory/gogadget_2.1.tar.gz", repos = NULL, type="source") The package was made in R 3.4.2 on a Windows 7 computer, and is also tested on Ubuntu. Please cite the following paper if you publish results obtained using gogadget: Nota, B. (2017), Gogadget: an R Package for Interpretation and Visualization of GO Enrichment Results. Mol. Inf. Interactive scientific graphing and data analysis software.
Alpha Plot can generate different types of 2D and 3D plots (such as line, scatter, bar, pie, and surface plots) from data that is either imported from ASCII files, entered by hand, or calculated using formulas. The data is held in spreadsheets which are referred to as tables with column-based data (typically X and Y values for 2D plots) or matrices (for 3D plots). The spreadsheets as well as graphs and note windows are gathered in a project and can be organized using folders. The built-in analysis operations include column/row statistics, (de)convolution, FFT and FFT-based filters. Scripting Console support in-place evaluation of mathematical expressions and scrtipting interface to ECMAScript like dynamic scripting language(java script). The GUI of the application uses the Qt toolkit. Periodic test builds are available here http://alphaplot.sourceforge.net/test-build.html
