The STK is a (not so) Small Toolbox for Kriging. Its primary focus in on the interpolation / regression technique known as kriging, which is very closely related to Splines and Radial Basis Functions, and can be interpreted as a non-parametric Bayesian method using a Gaussian Process (GP) prior. The STK also provides tools for the sequential and non-sequential design of experiments. Even though it is, currently, mostly geared towards the Design and Analysis of Computer Experiments (DACE), the STK can be useful for other applications areas (such as Geostatistics, Machine Learning, Non-parametric Regression, etc.).

Predictive Microbial Modeling plug-in for KNIME
PMM-Lab is an open-source extension to the Konstanz Information Miner (KNIME). It consists of three components: • a library of KNIME nodes (called PMM-Lab), • a library of “standard” workflows • an HSQL database.to store experimental data and microbial models. Altogether these components are designed to ease and standardize the statistical analysis of experimental microbial data and the development of predictive microbial models (PMM). Users can apply PMM-Lab to proprietary or public data and create bacterial growth / survival / inactivation models. The framework can easily be extended to other model types, e.g. growth/no-growth boundary models. PMM-Lab has been initiated and provided by the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment - BfR (Berlin, Germany). The software is in Beta status. A web-based minimisation service
Based on MinimPy (http://sourceforge.net/projects/minimpy/), QMinim is a web-based minimization application, for allocation of subject to different arms of a clinical trial. It is an alternative to randomization, with the advantage of balancing arms of trial with respect to preselected prognostic factors. a space-time interpolation geostatistical tool
This software is a time-aware geostatistical tool. Including time variability adds further issues to the already complicated field of geostatistical interpolation. On the other hand, most of the distributions of variables used in Earth and environmental sciences show patterns of change over time, not only in space. This tool is a free, open-source software, based on a generalization of the Inverse Distance Weighted algorithm. It outputs three-dimensional, layered discrete models from which time series and equal-time GIS Grid layers can be extracted.
* GSA-SNP2 is a successor of GSA-SNP (Nam et al. 2010, NAR web server issue). GSA-SNP2 accepts human GWAS summary data (rs numbers, p-values) or gene-wise p-values (possibly obtained from VEGAS or GATES) and outputs pathway gene sets ‘enriched’ with genes associated with the given phenotype. Parallel pairwise correlation computation on Intel Xeon Phi clusters
The first parallel and distributed library for pairwise correlation/dependence computation on Intel Xeon Phi clusters. This library is written in C++ template classes and achieves high speed by exploring the SIMD-instruction-level and thread-level parallelism within Xeon Phis as well as accelerator-level parallelism among multiple Xeon Phis. To facilitate balanced workload distribution, we have proposed a general framework for symmetric all-pairs computation by building provable bijective functions between job identifier and coordinate space for the first time.
A program to calculate and represent the Mandelbrot set
This project is a C++ program to calculate and represent graphically the Mandelbrot fractal set, and/or the corresponding Julia sets, according to the seed Z0 given by the user as input. The user disposes of a graphical interface to control the program and modify conveniently some parameters, like the XY-scales, the XY map area, the Julia seed for the complex series iteration of Z(n+1)=Z(n)^2+a, being Z(0)=(X0,Y0) the seed, and "a in XY" the points to be calculated. The user can enter (among other parameters) the desired convergence-radius R for the series, and/or the number of maximal iterations N for the generator-equation in Z.
