A MATLAB package to simulate sample paths of the solution of a Itô or Stratonovich stochastic differential equation (SDE), compute statistics and estimate the parameters from data. A note of caution: SDE Toolbox is no more developed but it's still downloadable. Its inferential capabilities can be considered surpassed (at best). Actually the parameter estimation methods were already far from the state-of-art when the project began in 2007 (!). The considered implemented parametric and non-parametric Monte Carlo likelihood methods were chosen for their ability to treat both one-dimensional and multivariate SDE systems, although the quality of the inferential results can't match those obtained using more advanced techniques. Nevertheless the toolbox capabilities to simulate numerical solutions of SDE systems are still valid and can serve as a useful starting point to those willing to simulate stochastic dynamical models easily.
FDA's f2 computation with bootstrap technique
This program was developed as a help in establishing pharmaceutical equivalence by use of FDA f2 coefficient. It was designed to help with f2 computation in cases when intra- and inter-batch variability is large, namely RSD>10%. The use of statistical bootstrap technique allows to implement confidence interval (CI) into the f2 coefficients resulting in overcoming of their major drawback in the original metrics. The algorithm provides possible “worst case scenario” of f2 values, thus supporting claim about pharmaceutical equivalence. The target users are researchers from industry and academia dealing with pharmaceutical equivalence problem. The software is Open Source. It was developed in Lazarus environment, therefore source code is available in ObjectPascal.
The procedure of building the environment of Emacs + ESS for R is more complicated, so we exploit the automated installation software that combines R, Emacs and ESS to let the the public download and install.
dAnalytics is a software made for education in discriminant analysis.
dAnalytics is a software made for educational purposes to work with discriminant analysis. It's a very simple calculator over bi-dimensional populations. You input a file with two columns (one for each variable) and tryout different separations of populations (blue and red) and analyze it's efficiency by observing the eigen value result for the attempted separation. It also gives many information about the statistics both of the input and the separated populations. There's a documentation folder in the software which brings a quick start guide for this software.
An R package to normalise, classify and analyses raw AFLP data.
A python based Bayesian network implementation. This project aims to provide a single point of entry-solution for searching through available networks matching data and optimizing CPT's.
Stand-alone software tool for the interactive CE analysis of microarray data. The software is a user-friendly and allows on-the-fly study of CE
GUI based toolkit for running common Machine Learning algorithms.
ExoPlanet provides a graphical interface for the construction, evaluation and application of a Machine Learning model in predictive analysis. With the back-end built using the numpy and scikit-learn libraries, as a toolkit, ExoPlanet couples fast and well tested algorithms, a UI designed over the Qt4 framework, and graphs rendered using Matplotlib to provide the user with a rich interface, rapid analytics and interactive visuals. ExoPlanet is designed to have a minimal learning curve, allowing researchers to focus on the applicative aspect of Machine Learning rather than their implementation details. It provides algorithms for unsupervised and supervised learning, which may be done with continuous or discrete labels. Post analysis, the toolkit further automates building the visual representations for the trained model.

Kontinuum is a calculator program that enables the user to calculate all probabilistic aspects of the Kontinuum RPG system, especially the dice rules.
An R package for detailed inspection and analysis of LCMS data. An R package developed by Sukhdeep Singh at Department of Surgery and Cancer, Imperial College London,UK.
A program to calculate and represent the Mandelbrot set
This project is a C++ program to calculate and represent graphically the Mandelbrot fractal set, and/or the corresponding Julia sets, according to the seed Z0 given by the user as input. The user disposes of a graphical interface to control the program and modify conveniently some parameters, like the XY-scales, the XY map area, the Julia seed for the complex series iteration of Z(n+1)=Z(n)^2+a, being Z(0)=(X0,Y0) the seed, and "a in XY" the points to be calculated. The user can enter (among other parameters) the desired convergence-radius R for the series, and/or the number of maximal iterations N for the generator-equation in Z.
A web-based minimisation service
Based on MinimPy (http://sourceforge.net/projects/minimpy/), QMinim is a web-based minimization application, for allocation of subject to different arms of a clinical trial. It is an alternative to randomization, with the advantage of balancing arms of trial with respect to preselected prognostic factors. All aspects of minimization procedure including treatments, factors, minimization protocole, and including a preload can be customized using QMinim.
SWP is for Weighted Points
SWP is a script language to manipulate sets of isolated weighted point, mainly analysis of fractal and other statistical properties of such sets. Originally started as a tool to explore fractal properties of cosmic fractal like large-scale distribution of galaxies. Could be used for any similar sets either.
