##### RKWard has moved! ##### Find the most recent news and downloads at http://rkward.kde.org . RKWard aims to provide an easily extensible, easy to use IDE/GUI for R. RKWard tries to combine the power of the R-language with the (relative) ease of use of commercial statistics tools.
Interactive scientific graphing and data analysis software.
Alpha Plot can generate different types of 2D and 3D plots (such as line, scatter, bar, pie, and surface plots) from data that is either imported from ASCII files, entered by hand, or calculated using formulas. The data is held in spreadsheets which are referred to as tables with column-based data (typically X and Y values for 2D plots) or matrices (for 3D plots). The spreadsheets as well as graphs and note windows are gathered in a project and can be organized using folders. The built-in analysis operations include column/row statistics, (de)convolution, FFT and FFT-based filters. Scripting Console support in-place evaluation of mathematical expressions and scrtipting interface to ECMAScript like dynamic scripting language(java script). The GUI of the application uses the Qt toolkit. Periodic test builds are available here http://alphaplot.sourceforge.net/test-build.html
That project aims at providing a clean API and a simple implementation, as a C++ library, of an Airline-related Inventory Management system. That library uses the Standard Airline IT C++ object model (http://sf.net/projects/stdair).
A web-based minimisation service
Based on MinimPy (http://sourceforge.net/projects/minimpy/), QMinim is a web-based minimization application, for allocation of subject to different arms of a clinical trial. It is an alternative to randomization, with the advantage of balancing arms of trial with respect to preselected prognostic factors. All aspects of minimization procedure including treatments, factors, minimization protocole, and including a preload can be customized using QMinim.
Data Mining Platform is a platform for data mining and analysis. It contains many of the new and sophisticated methods such as kernel-based classification, two-way clustering, bayesian networks, pattern recognition for time series analysis and many other
Mark Six Analyst is a database of Hong Kong Lottery or so-called Mark Six. It provides a tool of various statistics method to show relationships between data and forecasts.
A collection of web apps interacting with Stata through SWire
The SWire Web App Collection (SWAC) is a collection of demo web applications which explain how to use SWire and SWire4js in developing SWire web applications, namely, software which runs on web browsers and interacts with Stata. SWAC is an open source project and you can download the code from the project web site web site or try the apps on-line here: http://swire-web-apps-collection.sourceforge.net/
An Office add-in which allows data import from Stata into Word
SWordy is an Office add-in which allows data import from Stata into a Microsoft Word document. SWordy can also create automatic documents, namely Word documents which can automatically update their data by retrieving it from Stata.
That project aims at studying and comparing typical airline IT methods, for instance RM-related algorithms. It works from a Unix/Linux/Mac command-line, and exposes basic APIs. It is being developed in C++, with Python wrappers for some components.
Web-based data science analysis and visualization platform.
This is Slycat - a web-based data science analysis and visualization platform, created at Sandia National Laboratories. The goal of the Slycat project is to develop processes, tools and techniques to support data science, particularly analysis of large, high-dimensional data.
