A program to calculate and represent the Mandelbrot set
This project is a C++ program to calculate and represent graphically the Mandelbrot fractal set, and/or the corresponding Julia sets, according to the seed Z0 given by the user as input. The user disposes of a graphical interface to control the program and modify conveniently some parameters, like the XY-scales, the XY map area, the Julia seed for the complex series iteration of Z(n+1)=Z(n)^2+a, being Z(0)=(X0,Y0) the seed, and "a in XY" the points to be calculated. The user can enter (among other parameters) the desired convergence-radius R for the series, and/or the number of maximal iterations N for the generator-equation in Z.

Parallel pairwise correlation computation on Intel Xeon Phi clusters
The first parallel and distributed library for pairwise correlation/dependence computation on Intel Xeon Phi clusters. This library is written in C++ template classes and achieves high speed by exploring the SIMD-instruction-level and thread-level parallelism within Xeon Phis as well as accelerator-level parallelism among multiple Xeon Phis. To facilitate balanced workload distribution, we have proposed a general framework for symmetric all-pairs computation by building provable bijective functions between job identifier and coordinate space for the first time.
A Matlab software routine to perform Principal Component Analysis using Covariance, Correlation or Comedian as the criterion. Though, initially developed for experiments related to fretting wear but can be effectively used to interpret experimental data from any field. The attached files contain source code as well as a sample MATLAB (.mat) data file of 13 variables. It could be replaced to the data file of your choice. The code is open source but you are requested to give credits if used. Additionally, it also has some useful functions for exporting and generating publication quality figures for different kind of figures in MATLAB
