NOTE: Development continued at GitHub! Current version is higher than 1.2.0. GADfit is a Fortran implementation of global nonlinear curve fitting, based on a modified Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm. Global fitting refers to fitting many datasets simultaneously with some parameters shared among the datasets. The fitting procedure is very fast and accurate thanks to the use of automatic differentiation. The model curves (fitting functions) can be of essentially arbitrary complexity. This includes any nonlinear combination of elementary and special functions, single and/or double integrals, and any control flow statement allowed by the programming language. An R Package for Environmental Statistics
EnvStats is an R package for environmental statistics. It is the open-source successor to the commercial module for S-Plus© called "EnvironmentalStats for S-Plus", which was first released in April, 1997. The EnvStats package, along with the R software environment, provides comprehensive and powerful software for environmental data analysis. EnvStats brings the major environmental statistical methods found in the literature and regulatory guidance documents into one statistical package, along with an extensive hypertext help system that explains what these methods do, how to use these methods, and where to find them in the environmental statistics literature. Also included are numerous built-in data sets from regulatory guidance documents and the environmental statistics literature. EnvStats combined with other R packages (e.g., for spatial analysis) provides the environmental scientist, statistician, researcher, and technician with tools to “get the job done!”

This program is fundamentally a short-sized version of my mathSuite program: https://sourceforge.net/projects/mathsuite/ It includes all the functionalities of MSCenv (mathSuite Calculus Environment), such as inline variables and functions (mainly thanks to ExprEval), which you can use to perform expensive complex computations and store their results into runtime variables. You can perform also every Linear Algebra Operations included in mathSuite with new optimizations.

BOOTPM is a MatLab script that estimates transition probabilities and their standard deviations both theoretically and using the bootstrap technique. It creates N samples sampling -with replacement- M observations and then computes the relative N TPM's. Then, it simply computes the standard deviation of each transition probability using the distribution across all the N TPM's. It also compares the boostrapped results to results estimated thoeretically, to detect "strange" results. It allows the user to choose a subsample of the data as well as an alternative specification of the states. Editing the script, the user can activate different sections (to plot or save A and S, to change this function into an interactive script, to test the script, to compute other statistics, to customize it...)

Volbx is a graphical tool for data manipulation written in C++/QT. User can load data, filter, select, visualize, export and more using few clicks. Volbx reads, along with inner application format, xlsx and ods spreadsheet files. User can save output stream as csv or xlsx and plots as png files. Dynamic and interactive plots can be zoomed, moved, reset to initial state, quickly exported to clipboard and more. Application calculate dynamically such handy values as quantiles, standard deviation, average and more for given sample. This tool was originally created for real estate appraisal to give possibility, for people working in that area, to estimate past, current and future value of analysed properties. Project/start-up was dropped and decision about release of less specialized application was made. Most advanced and dedicated for real estates functionalities were cut but still some are quite useful. Used QT 5.3.2, QWT 6.1.1, QuaZip 0.7, Boost 1.55.0, MinGW 4.8.2
