CFFI glue and bindings for the Proj.4 library to provide a wealth of geographical projections in Common Lisp environment. PROJ.4 is a Cartographic Projections library originally written by Gerald Evenden then of the USGS. CL-PROJ provides complete bindings for this library.

Uses opencv to create a zoom-able map, upon which you can place vectorized objects. The idea is to have these objects available in the map, in a list-view and on the REPL. Not complete. No documentation.
The project is based on modules, such as georreferecing of rural properties, general construction, high and low voltage electrical projects, topography, and on.
