A Java Class Library for Text Processing
JCLTP is a class library designed for processing text. JCLTP is free, open source and developed with the Java programming language. JCLTP is distributed under the GNU license. It incorporates several technologies that enable process information while applying AI techniques, in order to build predictive models for text classification. Through a flexible structure of interfaces and classes, the opportunity to extend, adapt and add functionality JCLTP is provided. Thus, analysis of new types of information is much easier and intuitive. The researcher can use the class library by adding it to his project or direct through specific commands created for these cases. The results obtained in applying AI algorithms are stored in files for later analysis.

OpenPoppy is an artificial intelligence program that will be ideally used by people wanting to practice their English language skills. it was created using c# and Microsoft visual studio. until recently OpenPoppy is a console based program and recognizes and responds to the user, enabling them to practice there English language skills. this is the next stage in the programs development. Colibri is a repository for source code developed in ENVI/IDL under the Open Source Initiative. It contains a wide variety of algorithms and applications which are of interest for the remote sensing community. The code is organized in a hierarchical way. At the lowest level, common code performing all kinds of basic functionality is available to the higher levels, i.e. classes and applications. Classes are object based functionalities performing more specific tasks. Both common code and classes are the building blocks for the applications which perform well delineated tasks. All common code, classes and applications are well documented. The complete set of code and documentation are available to the remote sensing community. ENVI/IDL code developers and remote sensing researchers are requested to actively contribute to this ENVI/IDL Code Library in order to obtain a solid reference of user developed applications for the remote sensing community.

Fielddata Mgr Overview This is a Python program, which means that one must install the open source freely available Python interpreter and a few required also open source, freely available modules that support the functionality of the program. The program "Fielddata Mgr", is customized for the Rick survey department, in such that it supports up to 9 chiefs, each having their own folder in one location, 2 supervisers, each with a PC on the network, and access to a main server. Each day, the .RAW file is copied to the appropriate chiefs folder and when Fielddata Mgr is run, or the reload button is clicked, all .RAW files are listed along with a long list of all job folders existing in a designated location, and a short list of frequently accessed jobs that are selected from within the long list.
