A generic biodiversity database management system
An interactive data entry, querying, and editing system based on a generic conceptual schema for taxonomic databases. It combines the automated use of scientific names and synonyms in a species checklist with online access to geographical data and common knowledge data (morphological descriptors, genomics, ecology, vernacular names, economic uses, structured notes and conservation status) about the species. All these data can be cross-indexed to a citation list. The design and standard permits rapid customization to suit any taxonomic group.

Simulated Airline Travel Solution Provider Library
AirTSP is also named AirTSP (TSP standing for Travel Service Provider). That project aims at providing a clean API and a simple implementation, as a C++ library, of an Airline Schedule Management System. It is intended to be used in simulated environments only: it is not designed to work in the real-world of Airline IT operations. AirTSP/AirTSP makes an extensive use of existing open-source libraries for increased functionality, speed and accuracy. In particular the Boost (C++ Standard Extensions: http://www.boost.org) library is used. AirTSP/AirTSP is the one of the components of the Travel Market Simulator (http://www.travel-market-simulator). However, it may be used in a stand-alone mode.
An extensible development framework for roleplay games.
Based on the OGL (open gaming licence) specification by d20 Games. Its aim is to one day be a Java 7 and XML source library for building completely extensible gaming engines and libraries. It's in an early stage of development. It is experimental and stability does fluctuate. There are a few toys to play with for advanced programmers but there is little for end users at this time. The current working set is on CVS branch 'v0.0.3' I hope to merge back on trunk soon.
The system is designed for the automated analysis of high throughput sequencing data. At present Aped is focused on the analysis of data derived from Sanger and 454 sequencing. Additional functionality exists for SAGE and taxonomic profiling.
A web UI to Arexx temperature loggers
This project aims at displaying and analysing data recorded by Arexx temperature loggers on Unix operating systems. Although the code is currently implemented for etching data from Arexx loggers, the UI itself is completely independent and can be reused with other temperature databases.

ArgooMap is an online, map-based discussion forum, which allows participants to reference their contributions to geographic locations.
