Intellect Modeling Kit - full intellect-based apps development suite
Intellect Modeling Kit is an alternative to traditional Artificial Intelligence, intended to build apps assisting human intellect on the steps of its activity: * Observation * Producing propositions based on knowledge * Elimination of impossible propositions * Selection and verification of the most appropriate propositions * Memorizing - converting data to information and new knowledge item creation * Abstraction finding – building artificial objects, representing group of real objects featuring typical signs of group Any human knowledge written and spoken can be uploaded to IMK in a straight way by any expert not familiar with software coding. The IMK components are designed to create ready-to-use software application using simple text files provided by people. IMK accepts human knowledge and develops new knowledge together with people. The activity of IMK could be verified by human expert on every stage. IMK assists intellectual activity, but does not replace us.

Parallel coupled multiphysics simulation application
Rocstar is a multiphysics simulation application designed to do fluid-structure interaction (FSI) across moving, reacting interfaces. Rocstar couples multiple domain-specific simulation packages and disparately discretized domains and provides several simulation-supporting services including conservative and accurate data transfer, surface propagation, and parallel I/O. Rocstar is MPI parallel and routinely executes large simulations on massively parallel platforms. Rocstar was originally developed at the University of Illinois Center for Simulation of Advanced Rockets (CSAR) under Department of Energy ASCI funding. Ongoing development of Rocstar is conducted by Illinois Rocstar LLC with company IR&D and continued DOE SBIR funding.
This compact function parser module written in Fortran95 is intended for applications where a set of Fortran-style mathematical expressions is specified at runtime and is then evaluated for a large number of variable values.
DISCUS is a set of programs to simulate the atomic structure of disordered materials and calculate experimental properties such as diffuse scattering or the atomic pair distribution function.
Simple But Powerful VIM Based Build Environment With Flex & Bison
The project's main purpose is to combine the existing open source tools into a powerful development environment. This is not just a Visual Studio like development environment, but also a Notepad upgrade, which can also be used to perform common tasks in daily use.

SHTOOLS is an archive of fortran 95 based software that can be used to perform spherical harmonic transforms and reconstructions, rotations of spherical harmonic coefficients, and multitaper spectral analyses on the sphere.
error function and related functions in pure standard Fortran 2008
Fortran 2008 added 3 new intrinsic functions: erf, erfc, erfc_scaled. However, they take only real arguments. This package provides a BSD licensed Fortran 2008 module with erf(z), where z is a complex argument. The calculation is based on calculating w(z), the Faddeyeva (plasma dispersion) function. Two algorithms are implemented: TOMS 680 and 916, http://www.netlib.org/toms/. The simple test program calculates values in the Abramowitz, Stegun.
fropho calculates phonon properties in crystal, which is based on Parlinski-Li-Kawazoe method. Information of forces acting on atoms when an atom is displaced is required as input information. fropho is going to be replaced by phonopy.sourceforge.net.

Interpretation of Biomolecular MD simulations
MDcons is a tool to analyze conserved contacts during Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations of Protein, Rna, Dna & Ligand based complexes. The input is either a Molecular Dynamics trajectory or a set of snapshots. The input can also be a single snapshot. The outputs are (1) map of most/less frequently conserved contacts during MD (2) a list of most/less frequently conserved contacts during MD.
Project to develop a set of open source tool to help people working in the HVAC/R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) area.
SWASH is a general-purpose numerical tool for simulating unsteady, non-hydrostatic, free-surface, rotational flow and transport phenomena in coastal waters as driven by waves, tides, buoyancy and wind forces. It provides a general basis for describing wave transformations from deep water to a beach, port or harbour, complex changes to rapidly varied flows, and density driven flows in coastal seas, estuaries, lakes and rivers.
Least-squares fit of amylopectin chain-length distribution
This FORTRAN program package finds the parameters involved in amylopectin chain-length distribution (CLD) biosynthesis by fitting experimental CLD data to a model which incorporates the underlying starch biosynthesis. The amylopectin CLD biosynthesis model used by this program is explained in the article “A Parameterized Model of Amylopectin Synthesis provides key insights into the Synthesis of Granular Starch”, by Alex Chi Wu, Matthew K. Morell and Robert G. Gilbert. The downloadable .zip file contain the main code readily usable after compiling. An instruction manual is also provided. This is an open source program.
Tahoe is a research-oriented platform for the development of numerical methods and models for the simulation of complex material behavior.
Fortran library to compute positions of celestial bodies
libTheSky is a Fortran library to compute positions of celestial bodies (Moon, planets, stars) and events (conjunctions, eclipses). It forms the core of the software that produces the Dutch popular-astronomy website http://hemel.waarnemen.com
Main Phase Modeling, MPM, is a implementation of a 2D staggered grid solution of the elastic waveequation, using a moving zone. This enables both efficient modeling of seismic wide angle data, and modeling of selected propagating phases.

A collection of lecture notes and accompanying code on micromechanics
The collection MICROMECHANICS (micromechanics.zip) includes: (1) lecture notes (microbook.pdf) on the analysis of heterogeneous materials and homogenization, and (2) source codes (microcode.tar.bz2) that accompany the computational exercises in Part II of the notes. Instructions on using the codes are given in the README file of each exercise. Further instructions can be found in the file microcode.tar.bz2. The MATLAB codes are used for visualization, evaluating analytical bounds and estimates as well as in the generation of digital and particulate microstructures. The Fortran codes are based on the finite element method in linear and nonlinear settings, the latter capable of finite deformations with damage. The underlying theory is outlined in the lecture notes. -- İlker Temizer Assistant Professor Department of Mechanical Engineering Bilkent University 06800 Bilkent, Ankara Turkey
