A multilingual Parallel Arabic DIalectal Corpus
PADIC (Parallel Arabic DIalectal Corpus) is a multi-dialectal corpus built in the framework of the National Research Project "TORJMAN", led by Scientific and Technical Research Center for the Development of Arabic Language and funded by the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Virtual Camera representation using the Toric Space
ToricCam is a C++ library I have developped for my research. It provides a starting point to using the Toric Space viewpoint representation [Lino & Christie, SIGGRAPH 2015]. Control your computer with an IR remote
This is an open-hardware Infrared Remote Controlled USB keyboard, without keys, implemented using a PIC micro-controller and MikroC. IRK! enables you to use your LEARNING remote control to control any system that you can plug a USB keyboard into (Windows, Linux, Mac). Great for controlling a home theatre system such as MythTV, XBMC or Media Center. No drivers are required. You can program *any* USB keyboard function (with or without Control, Alt, Shift and GUI modifiers) to a button on your infrared remote control and when you press that button IRK! will send the corresponding USB keystroke to the host computer. You can program *any* USB Consumer Device control code too...for example, Play, Pause, Mute, Volume up, Volume down, and many others.

PUB! is a Programmable USB Button on which you can program with a sequence of keystrokes. When you press the button those keystrokes are "replayed" over a USB connection. The button is programmed using an innovative and slightly quirky interface that does not require any custom software to be installed on your computer. All you need is a text editor like Notepad or gedit.

An ethernet sniffer for the EEG acquisition system BrainNet36®
This Ethernet sniffer was designed to work together with the medical device for EEG acquisition BrainNet36® (BNT36), from EMSA Equipamentos Médicos Ltda. BrainNet36® has 36 channels, A/D converters with 16 bit accuracy, conversion time of 10 µs and Ethernet communication interface. Being a device for clinical purposes, BrainNet36® does not export data online. This sniffer was developed to allow online processing by working in promiscuous mode and recording data in a plain text file.
Artificial intelligence evolves musical instruments played with mouse
Artificial Intelligence (AI) evolves musical instruments you play with the mouse from small blocks of Java code that operate on numbers, each block designed to keep all numbers in range -1 to 1 if they started in that range, and combinations of these evolved codes running 44100 times per second for high quality 44.1 khz audio. You can also write the Java code into its window. Uses Javassist internal compiler on the new Java code assembled by renaming variables to overlap eachother and reordering, copying, and removing blocks of code. This branched into my other projects: GigaLineCompile, JSelfModify, JSoundCard, and Human AI Net as I got more into the AI and systems side of things and explored vision research as a better user interface to network minds together through the Internet. Someday I will bring it all together in a shared space on the Internet.
This platform aims to collect cognitive load information from users
Currently, this platform can collect participants' personal information, as well as speech data from two designed task, Stroop test in Chinese and English and Reading span task in Chinese and English. However, it could be easily extended to other language by only editing XML configurations. Please setup your microphone first before using this platform.
