Zoomable user interface (ZUI) with file manager, file viewers and more
Eagle Mode is a zoomable user interface (ZUI) with file manager, file viewers, games, and more. This project is about a futuristic style of human-computer interaction, where the user can visit almost everything simply by zooming in. It features a portable C++ toolkit API for developing such ZUIs, and it features the Eagle Mode application, which provides a virtual cosmos with plugin applications. The most important one is the professional file manager with its rich, scriptable command set. It integrates file viewers for most of the common file types, as well as an audio and video player. Furthermore, the virtual cosmos contains a chess game, a netwalk game, a 3D minesweeper game, a world clock, some fractal fun, and a Linux kernel configurator in form of a kernel patch. Eagle Mode runs best on Linux, but there is also a light version for Windows, which lacks some of the plugins.

ILA is a fully customizable and teachable voice assistant for Java
ILA stands for (kind of) intelligent, learning assistant and is a speech recognition system aka voice assistant very similar to Siri, Google Now and Cortana. ILA is fully customizable and you can teach her/him/it new things by yourself like executing system commands, opening web pages, programs and apps or just some basic conversation :-) ILA runs on Java und thus is compatible to Windows, Mac and Linux. It is designed to integrate with your home enviroment and for example build up your own, free and open Amazon Echo replacement ;-) Right now the key components of ILA are the open source speech recognition CMU Sphinx-4, Google (Speech Recognition/Text-To-Speech) and MaryTTS (Text-To-Speech). The goal is to make ILA completely free of Google by improving all aspects of the open source systems. Since version 3.3 users can also write own add-ons to extend ILA. Hope you enjoy ILA - Florian
OPC DA Wrapper class - One class only - Easy to use ENJOY IT :D! Please feel free to contribute, we're developing it for SCADA application from June-2010 to 2015. Admin email: SmartOPC@gmail.com Thanks!
Scene is a computer vision framework that performs background subtraction and object tracking, using two traditional algorithms and three more recent algorithms based on neural networks and fuzzy classification rules. For each detected object, Scene sends TUIO messages to one or several client applications. The present release features GPU accelerated versions of all the background subtraction methods and morphological post processing of the object blobs with dilation and erosion filters, implemented in OpenCL. The framework was mainly designed as a toolkit for the rapid development of interactive art projects that explore dynamics of complex environments. The Scene GUI runs and compiles under Windows, Linux, and MacOS X, and is available in both 32 bit and 64 bit versions.

Text-to-Speech System for Galician and Spanish
Cotovía is a unit-selection text-to-speech system for Galician and Spanish. Its C++ code is distributed under the GPL3.0+ license, while each of the avaliable speaker voices has its own license. The speakers available at sourceforge are free for commercial and non-commercial uses. Another speaker, free for non-commercial uses, is avaliable through external links (see the Blog section). Cotovia has been developed by the University de Vigo and the center 'Ramón Piñeiro' for Research in Humanities, both in Galicia, Spain. Its development has involved a research group of linguists and engineers. Cotovía has been developed as a research project, therefore most of the work has been focused on the most interesting aspects from a scientific point of view. Although the performance of the whole TTS system is quite good, there are some parts that could be clearly improved. Cotovia files and installing instructions are available at the Files and Git sections.

String editing and formatting library for Ada
Strings edit is a library that provides I/O facilities for integers, floating-point numbers, Roman numerals, and strings. Both input and output subroutines support string pointers for consequent stream processing. The output can be aligned in a fixed size field with padding. Numeric input can be checked against expected values range to be either saturated or to raise an exception. For floating-point output either relative or absolute output precision can be specified. UTF-8 encoded strings are supported, including wildcard pattern matching, sets and maps of code points, upper/lowercase, and other Unicode categorizations.

The software is based on GtkAda and cairoada, the Ada bindings to GTK+ and cairo.
The world's most advanced CNL reasoner
Despite centuries of exhaustive research, the theory of evolution still hasn't provided a satisfying explanation for the origin of intelligence and language. According to the biblical world view, God has created laws of nature. Being based on the Laws of Intelligence embedded in Grammar, only Thinknowlogy implements the natural meaning (intelligent function) of words like definite article “the”, conjunction “or”, possessive verb “has/have” and past tense verbs “was/were” and “had”. It is demonstrated by: • Programming in natural language; • Reasoning in natural language: - drawing conclusions (more advanced than scientific solutions), - making assumptions (with self-adjusting level of uncertainty), - asking questions (about gaps in the knowledge), - detecting conflicts and some cases of semantic ambiguity, - displaying of justification reports for the self-generated knowledge; • Multilingualism, proving: Languages have one common origin.
