Echoes it's a radio spectral analysis software for RTL-SDR devices,
Echoes it's a radio spectral analysis software for RTL-SDR devices, designed for meteor scattering purposes. RTL-SDR are very cheap Software Defined Radios that uses DVB-T TV tuner dongles based on Realtek's RTL2832U chipset. Echoes doesn't demodulate neither decode any human-made signal. Its main goal is to analyze and record the total power of natural signals and generate screenshots and tabular data (CSV, GNUplot) output in presence of particular peaks in a selected narrow range of frequencies. Since there is no demodulation, there is no provision for audio listening, except for a notify sound when an event has been recorded.

The open source advanced command-line calculator
Advanced Trigonometry Calculator is a rock-solid calculator allowing you perform advanced complex math calculations. Enter your complex math expression on its integrity and in the final press “Enter” button, after some instants the solution for your expression will be displayed. Anyone can use this calculator since the syntax used is very similar with scientific handheld calculators, e.g. TI 84-Plus.
Multi-mode execution; unique superdense timechart viewing & animation
* JRE 9 is needed for computers (Microsoft’s Surface and MacBook Air) that have very high-resolution displays. DEVS-Suite is a Parallel DEVS Component-based and Cellular Automata simulator with support for (i) automating design of experiments in combination with (ii) generating superdense time data trajectories at run-time (iii) hierarchical model libraries, (iv) animating models (v) synchronized run-time viewing for time-based trajectories and (vi) box-in-box hierarchical component and I/O messaging and viewing. More information is available at https://acims.asu.edu/software/devs-suite/. Version 4.0.0 and 3.0.0 were released on March 24, 2018 and April 11, 2015. See CoSMoSim - it offers rich visual modeling, database model repository, managing incremental development for families of models, generating partial code for XML and DEVS-Suite compliant models, etc. More information is available at https://sourceforge.net/projects/cosmosim/ and https://acims.asu.edu/software/cosmos.
Demonstrates a quadtree for spatial indexing of triangles
This C++ demo allows users to interactively explore a quadtree's behavior. For this purpose the demo uses a quadtree data structure based on axis-aligned bounding boxes to speed up the search for triangles in a mesh. Depending on a search point all triangles of a quadtree's region are retrieved and relevant information about the search is shown. Quadtree creation can be parametrized by three parameters: - Maximum tree depth. - Maximum number of triangles per region. - Percentage of total number of triangles per region. The OpenGL graphics library is used to render the results, regions as well as the underlying triangle mesh. Navigation (i.e. zooming, moving) is available by keyboard and mouse. Example meshes are provided in wavefront *.obj format and can be opened from inside the program.
The Accelerator Markup Language (AML) / Universal Accelerator Parser (UAP) project will develop an XML based format for describing high energy particle accelerators along with associated software to convert lattice files to a standard internal struct
A grid middleware with minimal user and resource requirements
Minimum intrusion Grid (MiG) is an attempt to design a new platform for Grid computing which is driven by a stand-alone approach to Grid, rather than integration with existing systems. The goal of the MiG project is to provide Grid infrastructure where the requirements on users and resources alike is as small as possible (minimum intrusion). MiG strives for minimum intrusion but will seek to provide a feature rich and dependable Grid solution. In line with the minimum intrusion concept, you only need to download and install the middleware if you want to run your own Grid. Users and resources only need a certificate and a browser to use MiG.
An unofficial download mirror for KiCad
The main goal of this project is to develop new algorithms of machine learning and collect examples of existing methods. This collection pursues scientific and educational purposes.
SEQUOIA ocean data assimilation platform (a SIROCCO suite tool)
Within the SIROCCO suite of numerical tools, the purpose of SDAP is to provide a flexible platform to carry out multivariate assimilation of geophysical data in a numerical model. The program is multi-grid (finite differences or finite elements), multi-algebra (plug-in analysis kernels), multi-model (simple standardized interface). The program supports reduced-order data assimilation methods, as well as Ensemble assimilation approaches such as the Ensemble Kalman Filter. Recent additions include extensions towards simultaneous assimilation and downscaling (AMICO project), and a toolbox for ensemble assessment (SCRUM project). *Please note that due to frequent updates the code is only available via the svn repository. Please get in touch with us to obtain access.*
