MultiCAN implements a CAN Bus device support for EPICS. EPICS is a framework for control systems, the CAN Bus is a reliable real-time field bus. The ‘Multi’ und MultiCAN stands for ‘Multi Protocol support’, so it supports more than one protocol for CAN Bus communication.
