SmartSoft is a framework for developing component-based robotics systems. SmartSoft components are based on a small set of predefined component interaction patterns to strictly enforce component decoupling and to support off-the-shelf reuse.
"SmartSoft" provides a component based approach to develop robotics software (http://smart-robotics.sourceforge.net/). This project provides a Message based (build on ACE from Douglas C. Schmidt) implementation of the SmartSoft idea.
5dpo Component Library for Lazarus (Sdpo) provides a comport (serial port) component, an UVC video driver component for webcams, a Gtk fast painting form and a Joystick component.
Freelem is an educational robotics project. It uses Arduino as it's main component. Freelem is going to comprise a set of tools for teaching robotics to children and teenagers, including open hardware, software, schematics and teaching material.
Orca is a component-based robotic framework. Its aim is to allow creation of complex robotic systems, from single vehicle architectures to distributed sensor networks, by easily connecting new components to reusable components from the Orca repository.
TSSBank is written in c#(.Net 2.0).The main aimed group is the disabled persons. This component outputs voice & textual outputs (with value/words)plus experimental Voice Recognition (VR) system that identifies more then 80% accurately with out training.
3D mobile robot simulation environment. Due to the component-based design very flexible and also suitable for several other mechatronical systems. Planned to be used for a real distributed robot system currently being built up.
