PureGEM started out as a VCL/LCL style library written in PurePascal. After the system was working, I saw ways to increase the speed while reducing code size, so the design drifted somewhat. Application written in C# to store references for papers, convert them to APA format and then retrieve them again later (if needed). Not a ground-breaking application by any means, but it does the job.
