JSONLab: compact, portable, robust JSON/binary-JSON encoder
JSONLab is a free and open-source JSON/UBJSON/MessagePack encoder and decoder written in the native MATLAB language. It can be used to convert a MATLAB data structure (array, struct, cell, struct array, cell array, and objects) into JSON/UBJSON/MessagePack formatted strings and files, or to parse a JSON/UBJSON/MessagePack file into MATLAB data structure. JSONLab supports nearly all versions of MATLAB and GNU Octave (a free MATLAB clone). The development of JSONLab is currently funded by the US National Institute of Health (NIH) as part of the NeuroJSON project (data portal https://neurojson.io) under grant U24-NS124027. The goal of the NeuroJSON project is to develop scalable, searchable, and reusable neuroimaging data formats and data-sharing platforms. All data produced from the NeuroJSON project will be using JSON/Binary JData formats as the underlying serialization standards and the lightweight JData specification as a language-independent data annotation standard. -

By buying this and other kits from us you are funding the maintenance and development of this library. Make sure you use a version of the Arduino IDE which is supported by the ESP8266 platform. If you are using the PlatformIO environment for building, choose one of the available IDE integration or the Atom-based IDE, install libraries 561, 562, and 563 with "platformio lib install", adapt the WeatherStationDemo.ino file to your needs. The simple class uses the header date and time to set the clock. NTP-based time class written by Fabrice Weinberg. We fixed many bugs and improved performance and changed the API a little bit. Either compare your code to the updated WeatherStationDemo or read through the upgrade guide. -

C++ libraries for manipulations in non-Euclidean geometry
These are two C++ libraries for symbolic, numeric and graphical manipulations in non-Euclidean geometry. There is GUI which allows to interact with these libraries by mouse clicks. On a dipper level the first library Cycle implements basic operations on cycles (quadrics) through FSCc construction. The second library Figure operates on ensembles of cycles connected by Moebius-invariant relations, e.g. orthogonality. Both libraries are based on the Clifford algebra capacities of the GiNaC computer algebra system (http://ginac.de). Besides C++ libraries there is a Python wrapper, which can be used in interactive mode (https://codeocean.com/capsule/7952650/). Both libraries work in arbitrary dimensions and signatures of metric. Additionally, there are some 2D/3D-specific routines including a visualisation to PostScript files through Asymptote (http://asymptote.sourcefourge.net) software. The source is written in literate programming NoWeb. -

Dopamine is a research framework for fast prototyping of reinforcement learning algorithms. It aims to fill the need for a small, easily grokked codebase in which users can freely experiment with wild ideas (speculative research). This first version focuses on supporting the state-of-the-art, single-GPU Rainbow agent (Hessel et al., 2018) applied to Atari 2600 game-playing (Bellemare et al., 2013). Specifically, our Rainbow agent implements the three components identified as most important by Hessel et al., n-step Bellman updates, prioritized experience replay, and distributional reinforcement learning. For completeness, we also provide an implementation of DQN (Mnih et al., 2015). For additional details, please see our documentation. We provide a set of Colaboratory notebooks which demonstrate how to use Dopamine. We provide a website which displays the learning curves for all the provided agents, on all the games. -

Code for modeling estimated deaths and infections for COVID-19 from "Estimating the effects of non-pharmaceutical interventions on COVID-19 in Europe", Flaxman, Mishra, Gandy et al, Nature, 2020, the published version of our original Report 13. This is the release related to our Tiers paper, where we use the latent factor model to estimate the effectiveness of tiers systems in England. Peer-reviewed version is to be out soon. All other code is still the same for previous releases. The code should be run in full mode to obtain credible results. Not running a full run to estimate anything is not recommended and discouraged. Only a full run should be used to get results. -

Retrieves a list of apps that results of searching by the given term. Returns the list of applications by the given developer name. Given a string returns up to five suggestions to complete a search query term. Retrieves a page of reviews for a specific application. Returns a list of similar apps to the one specified. Returns the list of permissions an app has access to. Retrieve a full list of categories present from the dropdown menu on Google Play. Since every library call performs one or multiple requests to an Google Play API or web page, sometimes it can be useful to cache the results to avoid requesting the same data twice. -

Facebook AI research's automatic speech recognition toolkit
First, install Flashlight (using the 0.3 branch is required) with the ASR application. This repository includes recipes to reproduce the following research papers as well as pre-trained models. All results reproduction must use Flashlight <= 0.3.2 for exact reproducibility. At least one of LZMA, BZip2, or Z is required for LM compression with KenLM. It is highly recommended to build KenLM with position-independent code (-fPIC) enabled, to enable python compatibility. After installing, run export KENLM_ROOT_DIR=... so that wav2letter++ can find it. This is needed because KenLM doesn't support a make install step.wav2letter++ expects audio and transcription data to be prepared in a specific format so that they can be read from the pipelines. Each dataset (test/valid/train) needs to be in a separate file with one sample per line. A sample is specified using 4 columns separated by space (or tabs). -
