- - - T H I S P R O J E C T M O V E D T O G I T H U B - - - A framework for the implementation of advanced real-time control systems which uses signal/block-based schematics (like Simulink) extended by several features like state machines and online-exchangeable sub-simulations. Besides, this framework properly handles multiple threads, their communication, allows to synchronise control systems to external events (e.g. variable timers or incoming network packages) and provides many other nice features. Because of a high-level schematic-description language -- in form of provided Scilab commands -- only a minimal implementation-effort (no error-prone C-programming) is required.

dwos is a distribute WEB-desktop OS. It mainly contains a WEB desktop environment, a chat-online system, a network disk system, a Scientific Computing platform(developing) and so on. It is developed by JAVA language using the JSH(JSF+Spring+Hibernate) framework. After about half year testing, now it's open source, you can download it and run on your computer, Tomcat and jetty server container are tested ok. Adobe Flex based software for online mapping of research papers

We are developing MIRACH, a Statistical Online Model Checker for Biological Pathway Models, based on the PLTLs formalism for expressing the rules/properties to be checked. MIRACH can currently check pathways models written either in CSML or SBML.
