An interactive program for statistical analysis of texts

A cross-platform text analysis program written in Python and Free Pascal/Lazarus which scans a whole text file (in plain text, HTML, EPUB, or ODT formats) and ranks all used words according to frequency, performing a quantitative analysis of the text using Shannon-Weaver information statistic and Zipf power law function. It counts words, sentences, chars, spaces, and syllables. Also computes readability indexes (Gunning-Fog, Coleman-Liau, Automated Readability Index (ARI), SMOG grade, Flesch–Kincaid grade level and Flesch Reading Ease).

    PureGEM

    PureGEM

A new GUI library for Atari ST/TT/Falcon computers

PureGEM started out as a VCL/LCL style library written in PurePascal. After the system was working, I saw ways to increase the speed while reducing code size, so the design drifted somewhat. Since PurePascal is "Turbo Pascal 7.0 compatible" a number of VCL style features needed to be implemented differently. Namely TNotifyEvent's are replaced with owner recursive methods. RTTI features are implemented via set's. Initially I had planned to use more of the GEM API, but some of the features I wanted required replacing all window elements. This is a new library, so expect code to change. ...

    Pascal NUCLEUS (GUI/VM)

    Pascal NUCLEUS (GUI/VM)

Portable Pascal GUI Library for Atari ST/TT/MSDOS

...The aim is to write a portable GUI/OS for Atari ST, Amiga and DOS. The code must be small, fast and support modern GUI features. ie: Embedded component controls. The code current compiles with Highspeed Pascal (Atari ST) or FreePascal. I hope to have it compiling for the Amiga (also using Highspeed Pascal), and supporting a built in p-code compiler/interpreter for cross platform development.
